We have previously stayed st the Z hotel Piccadilly which we enjoyed but the rooms were very compact. Gloucester Place was totally different, the hotel is spread over a few buildings in this street, we opted for the club rooms located in number 83. It has only been open a few months and everything is new and lovely. The staff... More

If you are booking for a short stay in London, The Z Hotel is fantastic. Be aware that there are a few in London, this particular one is situated right near Baker Street and Baker Street tube station. Its very central, lovely location. Loads of restaurants and mini supermarkets surrounding. The Hotel itself is split in to two buildings along... More

The new property in 87 Gloucester Place is the best Z London yet. Rooms are spacious and immaculate. The new Club experience is fantastic and the staff are so helpful and friendly. The standard of customer service here is really first class. I cannot fault this hotel. It would perhaps be even better with a few cushions in the outdoor... More

I stayed at the Z Hotel overnight last weekend, and it was amazing.... Like home from home. The staff were so friendly, and couldn't do enough for me. I had an upgrade strait away, and was taken to my room, which was very clean, and had a great view. Good supply of toiletries, flat screen TVs and complimentary drinks. (The... More

Myself and partner stayed here for a 2 night break in the king club room. We arrived early and asked if we could leave our bags and come back to check in at 3. We were told they would call us if the room was ready before 3 and they did which waa great. From the moment we arrived the... More

We arrived for our two night stay early and just wanted to leave our bags but were told that our room was actually ready. We had booked a two night stay in a king room but were subsequently told that we had been upgraded to a club room at a different property further down the road. A very friendly male... More

Amazing hotel with great service. We arrived at 11am and the hotel allowed us to check our bags in early and to pick them up later on the day we checked out. The room was modern and spotless. We had complimentary cheese and wine in the evening which was lovely and the staff offered us coffee or water before heading... More

A first class experiences. The price, location, clean/comfortable room and amenities (like heated bathroom floors) all made this stay wonderful, but what really pushed it to excellent was the staff. I've never been one to overly compliment hotels on this since being courteous is part of your job in this industry, but in this case I have to make an... More

The hotel is bran new hotel, clean and modern room. We first got a very tiny room but we asked the stuff to move us to a bigger room and they immediately did, the new room was specious and inviting. The location is great, just 7 min walk from Oxford street and marble arch station. Complimentary drink and food are... More

Staying in Marylebone

Neighborhood Profile
Marylebone
Marylebone offers what so many London neighborhoods cannot: a village feel coupled with urban convenience. Much of its success rests in its location. Wedged between the northeastern corner of Hyde Park and the southern end of Regent's Park and with a number of Tube stations within easy reach, Marylebone is as pedestrian friendly as Central London gets. The bustling shopping mecca of Oxford Street separates it from Soho and Mayfair, exclusive Regent Street marks its border with Fitzrovia, and cosmopolitan Edgware Road serves as its western edge. Within this enviably situated quarter are an array of outstanding restaurants (from Michelin darlings to down and dirty cheeseburgers), an impressive assortment of independently owned shops, and some of the city's quietest and most pleasant nooks, crannies and cobbled lanes.
