I've stayed in Dawson hotel for four nights. It is located in quiet area 5 mins walk from Finchely road underground. It is clean, suitable for young couple. If I visit London again, it will be one of my first options.

Unless there is a drastic change in the management of this hotel, avoid staying there. Caravan type bathroom, unclean to set it mildly, unusable. The staff seemed ok, but don't count on the manager to help, he ignored the complaints. Worst experience ever regarding cleanliness and issues with the manager. A pity since the hotel could be nice in this... More

This was our third stay at the Dawson House Hotel. It's perfectly situated in an upmarket area in inner London. The Tube and amenities are under 10 min walk. The rooms are quaint and views of the garden are a delight. The only negative is the bathroom which is very small. The breakfast is very well presented with ample choice.... More

location very good for tube, the road itself felt a safe environment to walk and reside in. The hotel stands and looks nice from the outside and the grounds are kept well. Once through the door its very dated In all communal areas, and the rooms also. The single room I stayed in was compact and the bathroom resembled one... More

Love this little London hotel. Close to very good parking, restaurants, tube. Easy to get to from Wales and no congestion zone charges. What more could you ask for in London. Brilliant breakfast and nice rooms. The owners are very friendly and helpful.

Since 2007 I have travelled to Britain from New Zealand once a year. Each time I've stayed at this hotel. It is excellent! The hotel is consistently tidy and quiet. It is in a very nice suburb that gives the environment a great feel, and is near to the shops and the Tube. The price per night seems remarkably good... More

I stayed here on my own for a week while my son was in hospital. The staff at the hotel are very helpful and I felt really looked after. The breakfast room was bright and airy and there was a good choice.

I was expecting much more for the money, moreover on that area of London. Horribly decorated room, ferry-cabin-like bathroom, noisy, poor quality matrices.. I hope tomorrow's breakfast is above average. I will not repeat.

The house is an Victorian house transformed into a hotel. The area is residential and quiet but there is no nearby groceries or outlets. It's a bit of a walk to the tube station with a slope which might be difficult with bags. The walk takes about 10-15 minutes; you can keep yourself busy counting house numbers. Reception of the...
