We really enjoyed our 2 night stay at this very charming hotel. It has exceeded all our expectations. Room was beautiful & specious ,very comfortable beds, luxury towels, teas and coffee in the room. It was very pleasant being able to sleep with open windows and have zero noise. The owner of the hotel was very helpful and welcoming. I would definitely stay there again and recommend this place.
Me and my boyfriend stayed here sat 7th dec mon 9th dec. in nice quiet residential street. Half an hours walk to Camden market. Close to tube stations and bus stops cafes and supermarkets and restraunts and most importantly pubs. Lovely b&b from the entrance to the room. Lovely features in the house. Room was very clean and tidy and bed was comfortable. Television good size for the room and we had a nice view of the garden too. Yorkshire tea provided in the room (very happy boyfriend) the only downside is the bathroom as was so small and not very practical for anything. Personal opinion I hate shower curtains in a hotel or b&b as unhygienic but again everything was clean just very small in there. This would not put us off though and we would stay again if staying this side of London again. …
Booked this place on the recommendation of a friend when visiting for the ATP Finals. Excellent and quiet location that made getting to the O2 easy. Beautiful period features in all parts of the building and a really warm and friendly welcome from the owner. Our room was clean and really comfortable and they gave us some excellent recommendations of local cafes to try. This family run place gave us a terrific stay for a great price and we will definitely go back. This is a real hidden gem with an owner who genuinely cares that you enjoy your visit. Try them!
What I witnessed today at this hotel was one of the worst taunting and treatment I have ever seen. The way this man treated the poor Black lady at checkout and called her dogwhistle names like “your kind is not welcome here anyway” And to top it all off he brought his wife and son to join his hateful chorus as the lady was waiting for a a cab. As a white man I am appalled by that type of behavior and will never come back to this place. This is racism to its best. I was there and I’ll make sure the world know about these bigots.
I have stayed at this hotel on 2 occasions as I was having a procedure at a local hospital and all I can say is that from my first point of contact with Diana, and then speaking to Martin everything was first class. They went out of their way to make sure they accommodated my dates and even helping with the best choice of room for my recovery period. You would never get this at any other establishment we have stayed at in London and we have stayed in a few! The family who own this hotel are delightful and the rooms are kept spotlessly clean, so comfortable, really quiet area and great location with a great range of nearby shops\restaurants\cafes and an 8 minute walk to the Tube Station. We have now booked our third stay and wouldn't hesitate to recommend this hotel. If you are thinking of booking don't hesitate as during our many days stay at this hotel we had no problem whatsoever. There was no problem when I had to shorten my stay and then pre-book for a later date so straightforward and accommodating. Room was cleaned when you required it, quality towels and linen ensuring a fantastic night's sleep, beautifully refurbished and now we only look to stay at this hotel due to the fact it ticks all the boxes for a perfect stay in London. We can't wait to come back and a huge thank you to Martin and his family for making our stay so comfortable and providing a fantastic safe place to stay in a beautiful area of London ! The hotel is a credit to you and your organisational skills in sorting out my various bookings and rooms was exceptional!…
