Very nice hostel. From the moment I arrived from my previous hostel I was pleasantly surprised. It was quite a hot couple of weeks and the hostel was well equipped for it with fans and portable air-cons. The staff were all friendly, especially Belle and Amber who made us feel very welcome, and were always up for a chat. The... More

I really wanted to like this hostel. And I did, at first. I was there for 10 days, so perhaps I was just there for too long. But let's start with the pros and cons. Pros: -GREAT location in one of my favorite cities. It's close to the Tube (Queensway), Kensington Gardens, and Hyde Park. It's situated off of a... More

Hey! Thanks for your review. We are very sorry about the noise caused by maintenance in the early hours, all maintenance normally starts after 10:30am. However, The entire building now has fresh flooring so that there aren't any creeks or noise between floors! Most of our rooms are ensuite with additional toilets and showers in each floor, but we are... More

I got almost exactly what I paid for. Not the cleanest. No lift. Good location. Friendly staff. Generally good sleep quality which is quite important to me. Lots of good hotels and Hyde park nearby. Came in late and although reception is supposed be 24 hours, did not get the receptionist to open the door for ten plus minutes, although... More

The staff here are very friendly and are happy to help with almost anything. The main attractions I had to this place were: 1. Breakfast for £1 and all proceeds go to a charity 2. Two tube stations within 5 minute walk (Queensway and Bayswater) 3. Positive staff with friendly attitude 4. Good price for the room (we were a... More

Nice hostel stay. The girl that checked me in was so friendly. She helped with recommendations and directions on the town. It's close to the tube Queensway, less than a 5 min walk. It is also close to Hyde park which is beautiful. Upon arriving in town I walked from paddington tube, don't make the mistake I made just take... More

Stayed for 4 or 5 nights and had a good experience. Is a very basic hostel, we had pleasant interactions with the staff, and the atmosphere was friendly. Has a movie/lounge room and a small kitchen. The breakfast consisted of bread, PB and jam, some juice, instant coffee, and cereal. The staircases are narrow and steep and so it was... More

Nice and clean hostel, close to the tube and busses! Staff were very friendly, with free simple breakfast provided in the package. Stayed for 3 nights with 3 girls. We were all impressed with the amenities and rooms. Easy to make friends with other fellow hostel customers too!
