The rooms were clean and well kept and met all standards. Breakfast was included and of a high quality as if eating out at one of the top restaurants. The most amazing thing about the hotel was the excellent service from the staff. Whether on reception or serving food they really couldn’t do enough. They made sure that you had all you needed and were happy. It felt like what they did was very personal rather than just to fit expectation. Definitely would recommend and return to this establishment.

A family run hotel on a very convenient location near our chosen musical venue. The area is a residential neighborhood, and hence, was very quiet. The staff was very nice and helpful, from helping us locate the local police to preparing us breakfast very early the morning we flew away. Did their best to provide us vegan food, my son really loved the Avocado sandwich. The beds were convenient, the rooms cleaned properly. Overall, we enjoyed our stay.

We stayed here for 5 days while we explored the outskirts of London. The hotel is located extremely close to the Victoria Coach Station (where tour buses depart from) and the Underground, which makes it a perfect location. The hotel was wonderful. Spacious room with comfortable beds. They had enough storage, as well as air conditioning, which we needed since it was warmer than what is typically expected. The bathroom was a good size with great water pressure. The family that runs the hotel, Nick, Sylvia and their daughter Emily, were so gracious and welcoming, as was their entire staff. They ensure you are completely comfortable. Everyone we encountered from receptionist to servers were smiling and happy. They offered an excellent complimentary breakfast but also had an expanded menu you may order from for a fee. I mentioned to Nick on our last day that I wish I could give them more than a 5-star rating because they deserve it. I would highly recommend this hotel and would not hesitate to stay here again if we return to London.

Lovely boutique hotel situated in a quiet street, walking distance to lots of attractions and close to Victoria station. Breakfast included, choice and quality of food was amazing. Friendly staff from reception to restaurant staff, owners were on site and were warm and welcoming. Will definitely go back, hopefully all the good reviews won’t drive the price up!! Excellent value for money.

Spent 3 nights at the Windermere Hotel and it exceeded my expectations as a boutique hotel. The owners, Sylvia and Nick and their staff were extremely welcoming and did everything they could to make our stay enjoyable. The included breakfast was made to order each day and was delicious. Although the rooms were a little on the small size, they were comfortable and very clean and housekeeping made sure the rooms were stayed that way each day. We loved the character of the establishment and would not hesitate to stay there again.

Traveling with my mother, we were lucky to book this beautiful hotel simply by happy accident. This is one of the loveliest hotel experiences I have had when traveling. Staff were friendly and created a high service yet family like atmosphere. The hotel is supremely clean and has a modern yet sweet London vibe that other chain hotels could never duplicate. Hot breakfast (made to order) is included and was simply excellent. This hotel is close to Chelsea (less than a mile) the Victoria station (maybe 0.5 mi) and Buckingham palace (about a mile?). My mother uses a cane but could still manage the walk to most places. I wish there was a way to give more than 5 stars. I would not hesitate to return to this establishment. They could not have been more accommodating and made our visit to London and the Chelsea flower show one to remember! Thank you for a lovely stay :-)

We had a lovely couple of nights staying here over the weekend. The room was small, but had everything that we needed & it was modern & clean. The only negative was the squeaky floorboards overhead & the duvet cover was very noisy. The breakfast was amazing & all the staff were very welcoming & freindly
