I stayed at this hotel for three days with my boyfriend. We arrived early to leave our luggage before we could get our room were told to come back at 1.30 despite the booking website saying check-in was at 1. At 1.15 we arrived and were able to get our key, but when we got to our floor we discovered...

The rooms are tiny and the bed is cheap. The showers are only large enough for a child.breakfsat is shoddy, staff are rude and the hotel is very noisy. Many better hotels at much better rates in the area.

Got room number 11. Was quite tiny. so if you do stay here avoid that room. Don't know about the other rooms but this one was surely not pleasant. Breakfast was on the house so that was nice, and the people serving were very polite. Location is good enuf but then if you are in London, almost every hotel is...

My wife and I stayed here on Monday night as we were attending an awards ceremony in Covent Garden. We travelled to Euston and walked to the hotel in less than 10 minutes. The receptionist was friendly and helpful. The room although small was clean, warm and adequate for our needs. Quick change, keys left, and away.Taxi from Euston Road...

Given that our room (Room 5) was the one pictured on the hotel's website and internal literature, I can only assume that this is their best room. Bear that in mind as you read this review... I'll start with the positives. The room was clean and, comparative to other hotels in the area, this was cheap. You can make your...

I took the precaution of booking a double room - suspecting that a single room would be too small to comfortably contain me and my baggage. However I experienced two major problems with this hotel 1. A really tiny shower cubicle - shower head fixed to wall, at the right height for someone much shorter than me...and, I'm not obese...

This is the worst hotel room I've ever stayed. Old fashioned lift where you have to manually open the gates. Tiny room incredibly awkward for me and my mother. Bathroom/toilet is tiny and doesn't allow air to flow/no window and no air con or fan, so we have to keep bathroom door open all the time. This is extremely inconvenient....

I booked for four nights. Due to unforeseen circumstances I stayed only one. I was told upon arrival that the hot water was out. I figured I could heat water in the kettle and use the sink for one night. I settle in and leave. Only when I get back do I realize that there is NO HEAT. A small...

The bed was clean and comfy. The breakfast which was in the price, was very good not massive but...

The standard of the hotel was pretty grim in that the curtains were caked in dust and the bathroom caked in mouldy limescale. More annoying though was the service. I called reception and asked to swap rooms as the people across the hall were shagging excessively loudly (lucky them). I was told I couldn't swap rooms as the hotel was...

Staying in Bloomsbury

Neighborhood Profile
Bloomsbury
Snuggly nestled within Central London is academic and leafy Bloomsbury, an area that boasts walking distance access to many of London's most popular attractions. It is also home to some of Britain's most celebrated museums, including the must-see British Museum. Despite an understandable popularity with students, tourists and day trippers, vast sections of Bloomsbury retain a quiet, residential feel year round and throughout the week.

“Use any other hotel.”
  • The double bed was against walls on three sides.
  • Taken with my back against the opposite wall.
  • Shower base was 60cm square, no escape from the cheap shower curtain.
  • Showing the miniscule floor area.
