Staff highly unconcerned. Not a single tiny request is done by the staff in the reception. Their responses are quite rude as they don't want any booking. Double room is big enough. However corridors are quite tight and there are many doors. You hear the noises of the doors on the corridors and street while trying to sleep.

I was upset with one of staff who was on duty in night of 14 sep 2020 and 15 sep 2020. On 14 sep 2020 I got room which was not clean. On 15 sep 2020 I came to hotel around 22:45 and waited around 30 minutes in front of hotel door.many times ring on door bell, 2-3 times I called by phone. But no response. Than I left and book a different hotel. Around 23:40 got back call from hotel. Once I try to explain the situation, person just was telling no problem. How this is possible, it is shame really shame. I was not expecting this to be happened. Instead apologies he was telling no problem and blaming me as lier and off the phone. Maybe for him it is not problem, but this is not good for management and hotel name. Really shame. Kindly I am requesting from management to see video records that blaming me I was not there.

Do not stay at this hotel with small children! Only for a cheap stay! We were supposed to stay there last night, however the room was so disgusting we ended up leaving. The ceiling was damp and slightly mouldy, with the paint/wallpaper coming off. The windows around and on had mould. There was two dead bugs in the room. The bed sheets had hairs on with a stain, the curtains also had holes and stains ... the room had a million cobwebs, like it had not been cleaned in an extremely long time. Currently trying to get my money back, but the reception staff do not know about customer satisfactory or about their manager enough! The fact there is not a personal email for the manager or another number for him is a joke and we will be taking things further of a refund doesn’t happen soon!!

Never ever ever stay at this hotel!! It is dirty and run down, the staff are rude and very unhelpul. I had a need to extend my stay from one night to three and sent two emails and made two phone calls from Australia to arrange this. Despite being told I could extend my stay and would recieve an email confirmation I got nothing. When I arrived I was told there were no vacancies and I would need to book the additional two nights somewhere else. A look at the rooms showed they were small, dirty and run down. My room door did not open properly and the bathroom was barely larger than a toilet. I eventually stayed at the Holiday Inn around the corner which was far superiour. My avice is to stay well clear of this hotel.

Five minute walk from St. Pancras so perfect for our early start on the Eurostar. Next door to a small friendly pub, up a small side road so little traffic noise. Lovely friendly greeting on arrival. Rooms very small. Bed only a double which seems small but anything else would be too big for the room, but for the price we paid for Central London absolutely no complaints. Clean fresh smell on entering the room and though tired decor it was very clean. Good breakfast in a lovely room, again with friendly, attentive staff. If I needed to stay near St. Pancras or King's Cross and the price was right I would not hesitate in staying here again. Just a shout out to all the staff who couldn't do enough for you which makes it so much better than a faceless chain Hotel.
