Had a last minute booking to this place. 2 of us from work needed a central twin room asap. This was one of the options, we were pleasantly surprised. Place is very central - 4 minutes to kings cross. The hotel is very clean. Well decorated for a budget hotel/guest house Room was on the top floor. Very hot room, kept the windows open all night to keep cool. Biggest let down was the breakfast. Very cheap ingredients to make a full English breakfast. Tinned mushrooms is a massive no for me! Pastry was wrapped in plastic and tasted of plastic! Coffee was not great. Positive for breakfast was nice yogurts, fresh fruit and juice. Would I stay again yes but I’d skip the brekkie. Nice hotel staff. Very polite.

The hotel was very clean and had everything you needed for a few days away. Breakfast was a great start to the day and there was a good choice. The staff were particularly hardworking and very accommodating. The hotel’s location was quiet but central for many of London’s attractions so we would visit again.

We arrived at the hotel at around 10.30pm after a dreadful day of travelling which largely consisted of poor Italian public transport. We were tired and just couldn’t wait to get into our room. On arrival at the hotel the receptionist was very pleasant and accommodating. We were asked if we wanted breakfasts in the morning which we declined because we just wanted to lie in as much as possible but the lady offered to provide us with food and drinks before we went to sleep which was a lovely gesture. The hotel itself is well presented and the room was great. We had a quadruple room on the lower floor which was equipped nicely with individual shower gels and soaps as well as face masks for use in the hotel and hand sanitisers which was a nice addition since the hotel requests face-masks in the communal areas of the hotel. The beds were super comfy and I had a brilliant sleep which was so needed after such a tiring and draining day. The bathroom was good and everything worked fine. The room also provides tea and coffee which is always good for the morning. The only grievance I can really think of is the lack of air conditioning / sufficient fans for the size of the room we had. The day had been really humid (apparently) so when we arrived at night it was really stuffy. The fan was only small but we left this on when we went out for drinks (much needed) and when we got back the room was finally a good temperature. I think with more than two in a quadruple room it would get very warm, but the hotel staff would be happy to help with that I’m sure. The location of the hotel is great. 5/10 minutes walk from Euston train station so there’s no hassle after getting off the train after a trip. There’s nice restaurants in the vicinity and places to eat - I recommend The Rocket which is just around the corner. The value, location and quality of this hotel means I plan to stay here again when in London :)

I was in London for an event for 3 nights. I stayed here along with a family member. Good things - the hotel is a 5 minute walk to King's Cross. There is a convenience store within 50metres to the right and a prey a manger 100 metres to your left. The price was rediculous for the smallest hotel room I have ever stayed in. We were tripping over each other staying in a twin room. Even by London prices. When I called down for an iron and ironing board I was told to walk down to reception to collect it - I was gobsmacked. Breakfast was alright - I can't help but feel like they have successfully found the cheapest ingredients to make an English breakfast with. Check out should never be 10.30am and breakfast finishes too early at 9am. People like to lay in when they are off work for a few days, but still get breakfast.

Had a great overnight stay at this small friendly, peaceful hotel. Room was spacious, very well equipped and spotless. As a solo lady traveler I felt safe and well looked after by good security and helpful, friendly staff. Breakfast was lovely with lots of choice and good service. I wouldn't hesitate to book to stay here again.
