Last week end we had a trip to London and on the Saturday we visited Hampton Court Palace and gardens, The Palace was amazing and we were unfortunate just to have 3 hours for our visit. The gardens were perfect and the different sections were all amazing and beautiful does not describe the hard work that must go into maintaining... More

Didn't stop at the hotel but we made a booking which we had to cancel due to unforseen circumstances. We booked on a free cancellation basis and cancelled 2 weeks at least before the stay. It subsequently took them over 3 weeks to use the card machine to refund me. When I rang to query it I was told a... More

Had an excellent lunch time meal during the very busy lunch time. Place was full. Located in the tourist area. Food was excellent, service was excellent. Prices were average for the area. Had the wild boar sauces with mash. The lamb was also great.

My husband and I wanted to stay the night in London following a concert at Wembley. The next day we had booked a Royal Afternoon Tea at The Shard. This hotel (more B & B really) was both affordable and a good location to the elephant and castle tube station. It was clean and comfortable but very basic. They were... More

At first they tried to give me a room with a bathroom outside the room claiming it is still a prvate bathroom. When I said that I will complain about at booking.com they changed my room. The breakfast was just packed stuff nothing hot (not even eggs) at all. The staff was not friendly. I dont recommend you to stay... More

I visited the Hampton Court Palace in the spring (April) and all of the spring flowers are blooming - tulips and narcissus. The gardens are really spectacular. Inside the palace is also very impressive. The Palace is very easy to reach via train from the Waterloo station in London.

Hotel is above what seems to be a derelict pub. Man on reception rude. Dirty smelly horrid place. Carpets Freighing. When I got to the room it was all of the above and worse. Wallpaper hanging of mouldy walls. Paintwork chipped and dirty AND BLOOD ON CARPETS SKIRTING AND WALLS . Neither myself or my daughter felt safe and went... More

I just stayed in this hotel for only 1 night, however it wasn't comfy at all, I'll mention the Pros first then the Cons. Pros: - Not expensive and within the budget. - Clean - Friendly staff Cons: - Bed mattress was not good at all, I couldn't sleep all night - Break fast is only from 7:00 to 9:00... More

On arrival the hotel looked old and uncared for, the woodwork hadn't seen a coat of varnish or paint in years. Inside the carpets were worn and frayed and after check in we had to carry our own bags upstairs ourselves. The room had brown damp stains in the ceiling and on the bedside table lamp-shade. The toilet sounded like... More
