Excellent location in Covent Gardens. The staff are lovely and welcoming. We booked a double with a sitting room -- the extra space was definitely worth it. Extremely tidy with great amenities in the room. We would definitely stay here again! One thing to note -- we stayed just before the Christmas holidays and the local pubs were quite busy... More

My boyfriend and I stayed here for two nights. What can I say? The hotel is in a charmingly old building but newly renovated with everything you could need from free mineral water, wifi to tooth floss! I was pleasantly surprised to see that even though it was a four star hotel in Coventry garden, the staff weren't pretentious at... More

Stayed just one night whilst visiting London for a show in the west end. Perfect position behind the royal opera house in covent garden. Very helpful staff. The room was a very snug fit double - a little too small for £200 a night in my view but was nicely decorated and fitted out No restaurant facilities but lots of... More

This little boutique hotel is great. It is a couple of minutes walk from Covent Garden tube station and therefore the location is excellent for access to restaurants, bars, shopping, theatres and many other tourist attractions. It doesn't have a restaurant but you are spoilt for choice for places to eat. We had room 16 which was on the 1st... More

My husband and I stayed here for 6 days (early December). Our room was spotless and comfortable. Didn't use the big clawfoot tub at the foot of the bed, as there was a modern marble shower in the bathroom. The staff was very accommodating and helpful. The best aspects of the hotel: right in the heart of Covent Garden, with... More

I stayed here as part of a Rick Steves' Tour. It was definitely more shabby than chic. It is basically what you expect when you take a RS tour. Lumpy beds and dirty carpets. I have stayed in nicer places in London for less money with better transportation connections.

We stayed here with two other couples, all having doubles rooms but with a real contrast in size and facilities, with stairs down to the en-suite a bit of a challenge. Pleasant reception staff offer a friendly greeting and offer good advice too local restaurants and attractions. It's the location and reasonable price, for central London, that make this an... More

The Fielding Hotel is an excellent boutique hotel in the heart of Covent Garden. Our lovely room was modern, spotlessly clean and comfortable. We were 100% happy ... The staff were very friendly and helpful. We were able to walk to all the latest shows and restaurants. There was amazing street shows going on constantly.... The stores are all nearby... More

we stayed for one night when we went last week to see the new revival of Cats at the London Palladium. We were warmly welcomed at reception and the staff were all very nice and helpful. Our room was warm and comfortable and had all the little extras such as free bottles of water, teas and coffee and little biscuits.... More

A two night stay last week at the Fielding was very comfortable and convenient for the opera houses. Other theatres and quality dining rooms are all about, as well as the art galleries and the British Museum. Foyles bookshop is a five minutes walk. Reception staff are very helpful in advising where to eat on differing budgets. There is no... More
