Was really looking forward to my stay here, but sadly not all the staff were as helpful and friendly as the staff in the two other hotels I stayed in during this trip. The facilities needed a spruce up, the shower was useless and took ages for any warm water to come through. The toiletries were limited. The noise from...

London is full of large, interesting, world wide known and expensive hotels.... but that's not my style. So if like me, you like small, comfortable and a little off the radar, this is the hotel for you. I wanted a nice affordable last minute place as close to Covent Garden as possible! I found the Fielding online from my iPhone,...

Stayed here for one night in a twin room. It is superbly located near the Royal Opera House so great for a night out up West. The hotel is very small, more like a guesthouse but it was fine for one night. There was complimentary tea and coffee and water in the room. Also complimentary toiletries. There was a hair...

We stayed here for one night in room 15. The carpet on the stairs and landing leading up to the room felt old and tired but the room itself felt more modern. I think we were quite fortunate to get this room as it did seem spacious compared to other rooms we nosed into! The bathroom in this particular room...

This is a quirky and comfortable place to stay. It's an old building and the rooms are all different and interestingly designed. We found it to be exceptionally quiet considering the location. We would definitely stay here again.

Conveniently located hotel with a nice artistic flair a short walk from the Covent Garden tube stop. The room was charming, with the bathroom and a little work station down a flight of stairs in a sunken second level though small, and I certainly would rate the sleep comfort of the bed on the room to be sub-par but not...

Lovely staff. Perfect location. No elevator "lift" . Single room is VERY small. nd the bed is very lumpy as were the thin thin pillows. Could not get early check in at 12:30/ Not ticket when I left my luggage. They just put it in a side room. No breakfast room or lounge as there is no lobby to speak of.

Staying in Covent Garden

Neighborhood Profile
Covent Garden
Whether you're headed here to check out the multitude of shops, theaters, cafes, pubs, and restaurants, or simply to be among the multitude of people who pass through this pretty part of town, you'll love soaking up the festive and historic atmosphere in and around Covent Garden. Even if you don't have tickets to the opera or a show at one of the many famous theaters here, don't be surprised if find yourself captivated by some impromptu act of a street performer wowing the crowds in Covent Garden's Piazza. If you do have tickets, you'll be pleased to note that many of the local eateries accommodate theatergoers with prix fixe menus, early dinners, and later than usual opening hours.
