Hotel is located in a great location with access to underground and trains Many level restaurants nearby. Especially loved the balcony. Staff was great. only complaint is that the rooms are very small for two people.

Such a wonderful, helpful staff. Especially Ibraham. Can’t say enough good things about him. This is a very nice hotel; clean, small restaurant/bar, helpful staff. Easy walking distance to Victoria Station. Has some very good restaurants nearby as well. There is a private garden across the street which hotel patrons can access. Highly recon this place.

Great location, beautiful decor in the bedrooms and communal areas. Staff are very friendly and helpful. All in all a great place for a weekend in London, close to the tube and only a couple of stops from all the London attractions Would highly recommend and will definitely stay again

Great stay with helpful and service minded staff! Good location close to Victoria station so very easy to go around London. Nice and clean rooms with awesome beds! Rooms are a bit small and our room had quite much sound from pouring water coming from the plumbing system from time to time. Overall a great stay!!

Eccleston Square Hotel is a great place to stay if you plan on taking tours in London. It is a short walk to the transportations. Staff is helpful and makes guests feel comfortable and welcomed. While the out side of the hotel appeared to be of the 19th century the inside was extremely modern. The staff were more than helpful with directions and any questions. Breakfast was a continental breakfast which was adequate for us but you could order a hot breakfast. We did not go into the gardens but our room overlooked them and they appeared tranquil in a bustling city. Our only complaint was that the room was very hot as it appeared the A/C was not working efficiently. This was reported to the staff who stated that the technicians had been notified. Would not hesitate to stay at the hotel again if we return to London.

This is not great for the money at all. Completely overrated and staff are rude, especially the manager when making some sensible remarks. Much better hotels in this excellent area of London that are better value and more welcoming. Don’t recommend.
