Hilton London Paddington has the advantage of being directly connected to Paddington Station by footbridge. We are just 15 minutes from Heathrow airport via the Heathrow Express and have 5 London Underground lines on our doorstep — Circle, Hammersmith and City, District, Bakerloo and Elizabeth Line. From shows in the West End to shopping on Oxford Street, there is nothing is too far away from our hotel. There is a fitness centre on site and 19 meeting rooms that can accommodate up to 350 guests. Hilton London Paddington also has Wi-Fi in each of the hotel rooms and throughout the rest of the hotel (complimentary to Hilton Honors members). When it comes to dining, choose from our Carriages Restaurant or the iconic London-inspired bar, 146 Paddington, both of which provide excellent quality cuisine to suit everyone.

Stayed at the hotel for one night. Had great expectations as it being a Hilton but sadly found it a let down we paid 400 a night I know it’s not the most expensive but it wasn’t no where near the cheapest. Now a few positives building was beautiful in foyer and reception area and the concierge was fantastic. Now the rooms these are dated n our room was at the front and sadly with the building I get you can’t have double glazing but it’s needs some serious secondary glazing as it was very noisy from road noise and people outside secondly the room was very cold and the heating was very warm and it was also very noisy so couldn’t put it on whilst sleeping so we had very little sleep. Also we had complimentary lounge access well it was included in room price this had no one manning it and when we we got in there every table was full of dirty cups n plates. The tea and coffee station was really dirty and messy and when asked if the snacks or biscuits were being restocked I was ignored. Finally breakfast selection great couldn’t fault it food was good nice quality but when going down to breakfast they really haven’t got the capacity for the amount of people staying in the hotel having to eat in the lounge area isn’t ideal all in all for the money it wasn’t the best experience I’ve stayed in cheaper hotels which were a lot nicer.

A really nice hotel in a good location with excellent facilities and very helpful staff, particularly Davide, Joy and Amelija. The hotel is very convenient, straight off the train, has a good breakfast and a well-stocked executive lounge.

The hotel was its usual high quality experience. Unfortunately, the executive lounge fare was not up to its usual high standard…ho hum shacks and blah wine. Scrambled eggs were horrible! The 146 Bar, however, was a delight! Vaygen and Ruben took exceptional care of us at the bar, with delicious drinks, snacks, and even dinner! The unusual Emerald Green drink was a standout with its infused gin (with cardamom!) Happy hour prices allowed us an enjoyable night out without having to leave our hotel! A plus!!

Great location, specially if you are traveling by train. Actually the hotel is connected to the train station (second floor), which can make your travel even easier. Clean rooms. Friendly staff. Special thanks to Davide, he was very helpful and no request for assistance was a problem for him.

We stayed one night at the Hilton London Paddington after a week's London adventure. We wanted to be close to the trains for convenience to our early Heathrow flight the next morning, so this location (attached to the station) was perfect. The hotel is feeling its age a bit, but was clean, comfortable, and the room and bathroom were very large. The staff were very accommodating, storing our luggage for us while we were out sightseeing, and getting us checked into a room very early. The staff team were also really kind to my children, which goes a long way with me. They went out of their ways to make sure my kids were well cared for, and I really appreciated it.

This hotel is lax in the extreme and only prospers because of it's close proximity to the Heathrow Express. The bar / food area is supposed to be table service but you could sit there for an hour without anyone coming over, even though there are often more staff than customers. I only got a drink because I went up to the small bar (which faces the seating area). A table opposite me shouted out "are you ever going to come and take our food order?", at which point a hapless waiter wandered over. The reception staff try and act like they're working in a prestigious place (self delusion on a massive scale). The TV's in the room just permanately say "no service/no signal/ check connection). If you don't mind an awful experience before starting your holiday via the Heathrow Express, then fine...but this is a truly dreadful hotel. I am sending this to the central government Business Travel management team because, in my opinion, this hotel needs to be taken off the list of approved hotels.

Awful hotel with rude staff and dirty rooms . Very very disappointed to stay here for 1 night before my flight home to Shanghai . The staff were rude and the rooms dirty , the carpet in my room was full of stains and the wallpaper falling off . But it was the rude staff that made it worst , totally not welcoming

Simple access from the station mezzanine level Lawn shops at Paddington Station. A welcome break for this exhausted traveller from Heathrow, directly off the train. First Class hotel. Well worth the extra money for convenience, hygiene and class.

Disappointing. The only real positives were the breakfast and the plentiful hot water to have a bath. The hotel details don’t tell you that there are no fridges in any rooms and no sockets for phone chargers, you will need to buy or borrow an adapter plug. The room was far too hot and the bed had a weighty duvet. The cooling system did not work. Calls to reception achieved nothing until at my request housekeeping brought me a sheet and a fan. The hotel is also adjacent to a building site where they work at night and the double glazing does not muffle much of the sound. So an uncomfortable night with little sleep whilst reminding myself that the main purpose of a hotel is to provide you with somewhere comfortable and conducive to sleep. If you are an art deco devotee you may forgive the shortcomings but I will not be returning; the nearby Premier Inn offers more, more reliably.
