Stayed here for one night before a midnight flight out of Heathrow. Not the fanciest hotel but what you would expect from a standard Hilton. Location is great though as it is connected to the train station so you can get to Heathrow quickly. I would rather stay here than an airport hotel.

Worst Hilton ever completely understaffed, needed our toilet unclogged and there was nobody available to take care of it!!!. ,bad housekeeping service where glasses and spoons left dirty and not changed! So much better options in London. In Executive lounge not even any nuts or crackers, they canceled all the amenities they used to give people

This was a great location. So many things were close to the hotel. The restaurant breakfast was great. The lounge was nice. I used it most afternoons for a quiet coffee. Lots of restaurant choices nearby too. Easy to get most places from hotel walking or cabbing. It was quiet for sleeping. The beds were super comfy and the sheets so soft. The hotel was clean. The staff were very good. They went out of their way to be helpful and welcoming. The underground and bus routes nearby were helpful. Will definitely be back again soon.

The Hotel is very tired, generally worn and while not dirty, far from clean. Room was freezing no matter what we did with the controls. Silly things like the TV remote didn’t work, I tried pretty much every button on the phone to report it and nobody answered. Eventually I got hold of the concierge and he said he would report it; I heard nothing more! Used the bathroom sink for a shave with the plug out, only to see the water level rise to overflow as it was blocked. It did drain eventually but god knows who else’s water I shared…during a pandemic. And then of course was the shut down of everything, including room service, at 9.30. Felt more like a cheap B&B than a Hilton Hotel. I remember the days when the name Hilton was regarded as class and up market, now they are failing to compete with Premier Inn.

This is a three star trying to hit above its belt as a four star. It’s fine and the location is superb. Be aware that if you ask Google to take you there, it takes you outside the train station and that is not necessary. There is a door inside the station, but it is hard to find. The rooms are large for the UK, but you pay for it. They are generally worn and beware the size of the hotel - it took me a loooong time to walk to my room. The best part is the easy walk to the LHR express train early the next morning. Stay here, but manage your expectations.
