Like many recent (and older) reviews I can only add what an extremely disappointing stay we had. As diamond members we were ripped off paying £97 for no Executive lounge, no restaurants, no fitness centre, no direct access to Paddington Station and only one person on the reception desk etc etc. At the price charged we expected these services. The most disappointing thing was that the website refers to ‘reduced’ services, when there were none. This in my opinion amounts to false advertising. A reduced Executive lounge does not mean no lounge. Reduced restaurants does not meant no restaurants and a reduce breakfast doesn’t mean a boxed breakfast. If it is only a boxed breakfast then say this on your website. We deliberately stayed here because we planned a relatively early Heathrow express to Heathrow. To say the hotel is tired is an understatement. The room wasn’t particularly clean and we had a huge patched piece of carpet that was poorly done and of a different colour. The website said reduced services it should read there are NONE. I received a poor response to my message to the hotel about the lack of services. Basically it was a complete brush off. COVID is not an excuse.

Selected this hotel based on brand and location and my need to get there from heathrow to get to a train at paddington the next day. No other reason. The hotel served its purpose well. Not crowded either. Clean. A bit expensive for what it is and would not of chosen for more than one night. Good breakfast.

Very easy with traim from Heathrow and one night before train to Swansea A clean nice room. We booked including breakfast, but at the arrival hey say breafast will be delivered in a box at the door next morning. Never anything like it. I understand that they need to be careful cause of the virus, but not as an excuse to serve something so bad. Payed too much for this crap 😒

I live in West London and I have been a Hilton patron for many years, so staying overnight at Paddington was partly to simplify our travel to Heathrow and partly to 'help out' an industry which needs it. When I booked at the hotel site, it offered an executive package at an extra 50% - this includes a lounge with evening cocktails and snacks, breakfast, and an executive floor. The site said that some faciliyies may have restrictions, but in fact NONE of these benefits were there - the hotel must have known that before falsely advertising the package. Arriving at the hotel was a ghost town as far as staff was concerned: one receptionist so a ten minute wait to check in. No lounge, given a room on 1st floor "with lovely high ceilings" - true, but they didn't tell you that the floodlights aimed at the Hilton flag were also shining in your windows, so you had to keep curtains closed all the time. I assume that only very few rooms are in use. Oh, they also said there was no breakfast, but a "box breakfast" would be delivered to our room. We ordered it for 7.30 a.m. - it never arrived. We did not complain then as the clock in our room was wrong by an hour, so we ended up rushing to catch out train. Hilton was dishonest with the booking and clearly lacks process and systems to provide any service in this hotel at least. They should keep it closed at this time to avoid major damage to their reputation.

It was after 6pm on Monday the 14th of September and I needed some help. I walked in the Hilton in hope someone could assist me with my issue. Although I wasn't a guest at this time, Duty Manager Anna J. Made me feel welcome and sorted out my issue in no time. Thank you so very much Anna, you've been a tremendous help. Next time I need a hotel, Hinton will be my go to thanks to this service.
