Spent 4 nights here over the course of two weeks while attending outpatient appointments at UCHL. The Family room was extremely comfortable (and good value when booked last minute). A small twin room was ok, but the beds were a bit bouncy and the sliding door on the bathroom affords little privacy from your roommate. Breakfast was ample and the atmosphere was nice. We enjoyed the assortment of slightly bizarre artwork on the walls.
This hotel is exactly as described. Petit twin room which was clean and perfectly set out. Friendly staff and great breakfast. Perfect location from Euston and easy to walk to Leicester Square or Covent Garden. Would definitely come again.
Its very good experience for my trip to London. All staff especially the girl at reception who help and serve us breakfast which is very kind and helpful to us. The entire property of this hotel is well maintained. The breakfast was really good too. Overall, Arosfa Hotel exceeded my expectations and I will be staying there in the future too. Hotel within less than 10 min walking distance to Euston Station.
I stayed for 5 nights. First of all don’t make my mistake and anger the overlords of the breakfast room. They have rules and you better follow them. Never mind if they never bothered to tell you the rules. Most of my problems here stem from the breakfast room. Starting with refusing to allow me to sit in there when first arriving to check my maps for an ATM and an underground station. I understood that I couldn’t check in early but they could have at least offered me an alternate place to sit down for a minute to get my bearings when I asked since it was raining. The next problem was the following morning. I was spoken to like I was a child for sitting at a larger table by myself and made to move to a tiny table. The explanation was that they were busy and needed the large table. I was one of thee people in there and it was early. And then when I tried to pour a cup of coffee into a cup that was ON my table I get scolded AGAIN!! So apparently you are not allowed to seat yourself nor serve yourself. If this was such a big deal to them then they should have someone in there at all times to seat you and get your coffee. Never mind. I didn’t so much as LOOK at the room the rest of my stay. It’s a shame because it looked and smelled good but wasn’t worth being hassled that early. The room was small as expected. The shower didn’t drain well and almost overflowed so I had to turn off the water to give it time to drain down. The bed was comfortable and the room was quiet and warm enough. Rude treatment by staff ruined what would have been a good review. I noticed several other hotels set up exactly like this one on the same block. I’ll try one of those next time. …
1 night stay for business. I had one of the single rooms which, whilst pretty small, was clean and well equipped. The only suggestion I would make is for the owners to fit new carpets as they are looking pretty tired in the bedrooms and communal areas. The staff were helpful and friendly; breakfast options are good including a traditional full English and this was included in the room tariff. The location is excellent, Warren Street and Euston Square stations are in close vicinity. Would recommend for anybody looking for a decent 'budget' hotel.
