I stayed at the Arosfa Hotel for a few nights with two other friends during the Fall. We had a very nice experience. It was an excellent value for the low price we paid per night! I would definitely return to stay here. Favorite things about Arosfa: -The location is very safe and convenient. It is within walking distance of... More

We loved the Arosfa. It's in a great location, walking distance to restaurants, shopping and the British Museum. The staff were all helpful and friendly. The room comes with a full English breakfast. We felt it was a good bargain and would stay there again and recommend it to our friends. I would add that there are stairs to be... More

Second time here. New people but still good service. We had a room for three on the bottom floor. Double and a single bed. All though small in size it was plenty for us as really you only use it for the evenings. The room was cleaned every day . The only small downsize is that the bathroom is quite... More

We had the good fortune to book a reservation at this small hotel for a 3 night stay. Nicholas and staff assisted us in making reservations and was very helpful (as were his staff) during our stay. The rooms are well appointed and the breakfasts were excellent. The hotel is well situated to the tube and restaurants. You cannot beat... More

I enjoyed my stay. It is a lovely hotel/B&B and even though the rooms are small, they are well appointed and clean. Bed was comfortable and as I had a room facing the back of the property it was quiet. I appreciated the breakfast in the morning which was plentiful and yummy. Would definitely recommend.

My family of four stayed here in July and we really enjoyed it. The historic Georgian property has rooms that are small, but clean and nicely decorated. Staff was always helpful and very friendly. Breakfast was good with many choices. The location was very convenient being fairly close to Goodge Street and Euston Square Stations. The garden in back was... More

We stayed at this hotel for three nights in July. My wife and I found it to be quite satisfactory. We stayed on the first floor, in the room that is located right behind the front lobby/reception area. I was a bit concerned at first that we might be hearing noise from the lobby area, but this was not the... More

I loved this hotel! It was a 5 minute walk from Goodge Street Underground Station, was clean and quiet, and everyone who worked there was friendly and approachable. I stayed there on two different occasions, had two different single rooms (3 and 17), and enjoyed both of them. Breakfast was plentiful, lots to choose from, and a good way to... More

I booked this B&B directly through its website, for 3 adults, mainly for its convenient location, even though I had read that the rooms can be small. I have stayed in small rooms in London before so I didn't think this would be a problem even though there was 3 of us. We were brought to a basement room and... More

This is an excellently-located, clean & friendly hotel. But be aware that this is a central London hotel so the rooms are small (with 2 single beds there was almost no floor area left). The place is clean & well-kept and the bathroom was modern and just fine. However, most of the rooms are at the front of the house... More

Staying in Bloomsbury

Neighborhood Profile
Bloomsbury
Snuggly nestled within Central London is academic and leafy Bloomsbury, an area that boasts walking distance access to many of London's most popular attractions. It is also home to some of Britain's most celebrated museums, including the must-see British Museum. Despite an understandable popularity with students, tourists and day trippers, vast sections of Bloomsbury retain a quiet, residential feel year round and throughout the week.
