Whether you're here for its dynamic street life, world class galleries or famed curry houses, you're bound to be wowed by the uniquely cosmopolitan flavor of Whitechapel. Long gone are the days when Jack the Ripper stalked its streets. And despite his mysterious legacy bringing throngs of curiosity driven tour groups to its back alleys and otherwise serene garden squares, these days you're more likely to catch a cutting edge fashionista scurrying through its age old lanes than criminals of any sort.

Booked a few months back. Came in early and asked for a view and they give me a view of a office block!! Why call it london bridge hotel when your other leonardo hotel is a lot closer to those attractions.. instead of gazing upon london tower, london bridge and the shard i am looking at a office block.

I organised an event on behalf of a client and received first-class service from the Sales and events teams - particularly Ivana and Rohan. The venue is well-located and provides great facilities for conference and banqueting - the catering is fantastic. The Operations team work with you to ensure your event is delivered to time and they work over and above to cater for your guests. The teams are receptive to feedback and collaborate with you to better themselves and their offering. I'm looking forward to working with them again.

This is the third year we have held our VCT & EIS Investor Forum at the hotel and this was the best experience so far. The team, and particularly our event manager Rohan Dixit, went out of their way to make sure the event was a success. From the very start of the process, they were very quick to respond to any of our queries and questions, and went out of their way to accommodate our requests, some of which were not that simple. Rohan was always quick to solve any issues that arose and we always felt that he was ‘on our side’ in terms of making the event a success. On the day, we felt, more than previous years, that the operations team was very efficient and helpful and there was always someone around if we needed anything extra. The AV team as well was outstanding and able to solve any issues we had quickly and efficiently. On the whole, we had no issues at all with the AV or operations team. The food was noticeable better quality than in previous years and the catering team was fantastic as putting out and clearing all our food for breaks and lunch with minimum fuss and without disturbing the event in any way. The lunches we held in the restaurant were very successful and the team was brilliant in making sure this system worked perfectly. Many of our sponsors and exhibitors have commented on how smoothly the event was managed, and this is in no small part thanks to Rohan Dixit and his team. Thank you again for helping us to have a fantastic event.

Beautiful modern hotel, spacious room, near Tower Bridge and transports. Staff very kind and helpful. Beautiful view on skyline. We would have had much more time to use the Spa and the beautiful pool but unfortunately not...only 1 night
