From the moment I arrived it was an enjoyable experience. Great location friendly staff. The room was clean and spacious. And the breakfast was by far the best hotel breakfast I have ever had. I could not of asked for more. Will definitely recommend to others and will stay again.

I was gifted a spa experience for my birthday which included use of the facilities, a 40 minute treatment and a light lunch. The pool, sauna and steam room were great and a nice spot to relax. Families are able to use the pool so at times there were children in there which was fine for me but not an adults only experience. I had a facial and scalp massage which were great. For lunch I went to the restaurant and was served by Arnel who was very friendly and offered warm and welcoming service. The lunch included was very nice. I would recommend the package as a gift and it was very enjoyable.

Best hotel in London we have ever booked. Great rooms with an extraordinary view, moderate rates, great meals and the friendliest staff you can have. Thanks especially to Kazi. When London then chose the Leonardo Royal Hotel Tower Bridge.

Went to the spa, Anna and Lisa gave an amazing back massage. Their care and attention was brilliant and gave one of the best massages our partner and I have had in our lives. They talked us through the after care of the massage and why the massaged specific points of the back more than others due to tensions. Overall a 10/10 experience. Definitely will be back!!

The room and customer service was incredible. We had Kiril at the front desk when checking in and he was amazing and very accommodating. Location is perfect, right next to the shard and tower bridge. Had a lovely experience, would highly recommend.

We had an amazing time at this hotel. We needed to change rooms as the room we were given was not accessible to my partner. A member of staff named Claudia found us an accessible room which was just as nice as the standard room. We were even left wine, chocolates and heart shaped balloons as we mentioned we were there for valentine's day. Everyone was exceptionally helpful and friendly and we felt taken care of the whole time. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

The spa is really lovely. Our treatments were amazing and the staff that carried this out were very professional and good at their jobs. We all left feeling very relaxed and refreshed. The relaxation room is gorgeous and has lots of different teas and biscuits available. My only complaints would be that the steam room was out of order which was a bit gutting, the treatment was meant to be 40 minutes but was slightly shorter and the rule for not having phones in the spa was not abided by - and even when we went to reception to mention this as we felt a bit uncomfortable about pictures and video footage being taken, the staff member didn’t seem to care but said she would sort this out but when we returned to use the spa facilities the same people still had their phones which made us leave the spa area and just lay in the relaxation room.

My partner and I booked Prosecco afternoon tea and spa from Wowcher to celebrate Valentine’s Day. We did not stay at the hotel. What we saw of the hotel looked lovely, sweet decorations for Valentines and it appeared guests staying got Roses which was cute. The tea - we were sat in the Orangery which was lovely, nice seating and decor. The Afternoon tea was lovely, sandwiches small but tasty, Scones were huge! Sweets were ok, I preferred the scones and we ended up taking half the sweets away with us in a box as we couldn’t eat any more which is always. Good sign for an afternoon tea! Staff were lovely and attentive, we got refills of tea and coffee and were happy to allow us to move tables as we were originally sat near the open door so moved near the fire which was a nicer spot. We paid £70 for the whole experience and saw the price of our afternoon tea was £70 so pleased to see we were essentially getting the spa for free. Afterwards we went to the Spa which is in the basement. We were provided with towels, gowns and slippers which we weren’t sure we were going to get so this was nice. Went into spa which was clean. We got to use the pool - fresh but fine - the jacuzzi which was barely warm but otherwise fine, the sauna and steam room. All the facility’s were fine, downside was it was a bit busy for us but it was valentines in half term so to be expected but there wasn’t anywhere to sit. We spent an hour there before decided we had had enough. Enjoyed the shower afterwards. Went to the whetherspoons across the road afterwards! Overall we had a lovely time and would defiantly come again perhaps at a quieter time of year, we did say how we wished we had booked to stay over as being able to head back to a room afterwards would have enhanced the experience Thank you for a lovely time

Arnel was great in the breakfast restaurant. He talked to our children and made them laugh and smile with his tricks. What a great guy! The choice at breakfast was great. In a great spot to get on a boat to see the sights. Would definitely stay again
