The place I usually stay at whilst popping in and out of London. Perfect location (10-15mins walk from Victoria train/bus stations, also ideal for the Gatwick Express), and good value for money, considering Central London accommodation prices. All this proves to be popular and a real hostel/travelling crowd can be found here. Has all the utilities that are needed....staff are... More

Me and two friends only stayed here for 1 night and unfortunately missed the free breakfast in the morning which is available from 7 (I feel that a lot of people would benefit from breakfast beginning earlier). All the staff we encountered were really nice and helpful!

I stayed here because of its close proximity to the Victoria train and bus stations. I was arriving and leaving at all hours of the day but the staff were always available and helpful. The rooms are in good condition and clean. Would thoroughly recommend a short stop if flying in and out of Gatwick airport.

This is my second stay here, but not my last. Staff is friendly and helpful as always, I had a smaller room this time (4 people with private bathroom) and really loved it. So if you like to travel to London but don"t like to worry on where to sleep, where to get breakfast and about getting drinks this is... More

The staff were all lovely and the bar is open 24/7 which is awesome. Food is great and we were served quickly. The hostel is in a fairly good location and all the sights are within walking distance. The bathrooms could be done up a little, only one shower on my floor and there was water everywhere around the sinks.... More

The bed was almost on the floor... It should be a little higher, it was like sleeping on the floor. From that position it is difficult to bend even a shirt on the bed. The shower gave a few problems , the water yield was very weak. Sorry.

What more could you ask for in a pub? It has a brilliant selection of local craft ales on it's beer wall, a gin wall too and a good selection of large & filling gourmet burgers. Definitely worth a try if you're in the area. I work in Victoria so will be making many more trips here in future.

This was an okay place, it was clean and provided breakfast and its on top of a pub! What more could you ask for! When I arrived the staff were very pleasant and directed me where to go for my bed. I laid everything out and headed out for the afternoon. However upon my arrival someone had taken everything off... More

Hi, thank you for your review. We allocate a bed to each of our guests beforehand, in order to avoid confusions, as we are a quite busy hostel. Unfortunately, there is no way to guarantee completely that one of our guests won't be inconsiderate and take a bed which is not supposed to be theirs. Therefore, we have a 24... More

I was a bit concerned when my father booked an hostel for me...it was the first time sleeping in a room for 12 with strangers, but it actually wasn't as bad as I thought: the room and bed were clean and of the right size, toilets and showers were many and all clean. Staff was nice and polite, people were... More

They served the best burger I've had in a long time and good selection of well kept beer. They even managed to find some nice desserts for the kids. Short walk from Victoria station so pretty easy to get to and close to the main tourist attractions.

Staying in Pimlico

Neighborhood Profile
Pimlico
Time spent in Pimlico is a slower-paced affair than most other Central London neighborhoods. This largely residential area orderly arranged beside the Thames, is a treasure trove of quaint pubs, subtle architectural charms and local boutiques. Here, art lovers thrill at the chance to visit the world class Tate Britain gallery for its collection of British art from the 1500s to the present. For peace and quiet and some downtime spent along the Thames, Pimlico is highly recommended.
