I was on a 2 day Business trip on 6th 7th December, on arrival I was told that they could not honour my stay, as they had a flood on a floor, which moving me to an alternate Hotel. I wish I had taken the offer up. As eventually they found me a very small room on the 6th floor room 632. Never stay in this room, it's small and the windows do not have double glazing, so you can hear the traffic and wind outside. In the morning there was not water available at the Hotel. The next evening they changed my room to the 5th floor at the back of the Hotel a much better room, but guess what no water available the next morning. Apparently it was nothing to do with the Hotel and it was a burst water main outside. What a load of rubbish. I do not recommend this hotel, don't stay a disgrace to London.

Excellent- as always! Thanks for yet another great stay. I keep coming back to Meliã White House due to a relaxed atmosphere but with a high service level. Today, Jamie gave me a great start to the day with a nice conversation and personal service. Gracias, Jamie and all! I’m looking forward to my next stay. Ok: One negative thing is that it’s not clear when booking which rooms gives access to The Level, especially when booking through our travel agency.

Since its complete refurbishment during the pandemic, this Spanish owned art deco hotel has improved in all areas, especially the main bar and restaurant on the ground floor. As a regular visitor over many years, I was pleased to be upgraded to a "Level" room on the 8thy floor. This had a very comfortable king-size bed though a wooden shelf headboard made reading/watching TV less than perfect. The bathroom worked really well with separate WC and walk-in shower (easy to use and no water leakages as previously), plenty of hanging space but surprising lack of cupboards. Terrific basin area with plenty of room for holding wash bags and shelves for accommodating shaving gear etc. My major concerns were the poor provision of work area and 13 amp sockets - not enough and none at working height for electronic devices. The chair was too flimsy and wrong height for long spells of working as was the small round table.

Dear Brianmi, Thank you for your feedback. We're delighted to hear that the refurbishment of our ground floor bar and restaurant met your approval and contributed positively to your experience. Our commitment to providing comfortable accommodations is reflected in your appreciation of the king-size bed in our 'Level' room. It is also pleasing to note your satisfaction with the bathroom's functionality and spacious basin area. We understand the importance of having an adequate work area and the right amenities for our business travelers. Your feedback regarding the work area and power sockets is invaluable, and we will certainly consider how we can improve these aspects to better meet our guests' needs. While the chair and table design aim to blend with our modern and minimalist decor, we recognize the importance of comfort and practicality for longer working periods. We are proud of our staff's dedication to service excellence, and it's rewarding to know that you valued their efforts during your stay. We hope to welcome you back. Best wishes, Guest Experience Team

The breakfast was great, the bed was very comfortable but most importantly the staff were lovely especially Sarin who helped us by getting a room ready early. There were a lot of veggie options for breakfast too. Central location, near the tube. Thanks for everything.

Beautiful hotel, great location, good breakfast but noisy at night. 10 minutes walk from Euston, 1 minute to Portland St and 3 mins walk to Warren St tube stations. Tesco Express over the road. Reception, lounges, bars are all beautiful and modern. Breakfast, great choice and plentiful. House keeping very efficient…Iron arrived within 5 minutes of make the request. However on returning to our room you could only tell the that housekeeping had been because we had a fresh bottle of hot water and clean towels!! When I walked in, I thought they hadn’t been at all. This is something I’ve never experienced before Room’s beautiful, however…..not suitable if you are traveling with friends because the wall/screen/window between the bedroom and bath/shower is see through. Fine for my hubby and I, not so great if I was with friends or my teenage son!! The shower head is very low down (chest height). To wash my hair I had to remove the shower head from its handle. The noise!!!!!! This was the biggest problem! I don’t think the windows are double glazed. The noise during the night was awful. Our room was st the front of the building near reception. I could hear every word of people having a cigarette outside and the windows were closed. Bins being emptied, traffic and sirens. Then in the morning the closing of other hotel room doors. The noise was just too much! Tea and coffee facilities are provided. I also emailed the hotel prior to arrival to ask if I could organise something special because we were celebrating my birthday and our wedding anniversary. The email was never acknowledged! Would I stay again? Would I recommend? Probably but I’d need yo be guaranteed a room at the back of the hotel.

Dear Dora, We appreciate that you took the time to share your experience with us. We're thrilled to hear you appreciated our prime location, just a stone's throw from Regent’s Park and within easy reach of Euston Station. It's also great to know that our breakfast offerings at the Arado restaurant met your expectations with its variety and abundance. We are delighted to learn that our housekeeping team responded promptly to your request, demonstrating our commitment to efficient service. However, we would like to apologize for any inconvenience caused by the noise. While we do have double glazing in most areas, we are aware that urban sounds can sometimes be a disturbance and always strive to allocate rooms which minimize this as much as possible. We regret that the design of the bathroom was not ideally suited for your situation; our various room types feature different amenities to cater to a range of preferences. It's wonderful that our tea and coffee facilities added a touch of comfort to your stay. We're also genuinely sorry to hear that your special request was not acknowledged; this is certainly not the standard of service we aim to provide. All of the team hope that we may be able to see you again in the future. Kindest regards, Guest Experience Team

A lovely hotel at a lovely spot in London. Proper food and friendly staff. 24h room service is a nice to have. The Level Lounge works well for meetings. Just the room has been a bit noisy, the doors to the floor are not very efficace. Ekta at the reception was superfriendly and helpful. I‘d come back.

Dear Guest, Thank you for your review. We're delighted that you found our hotel to be in a lovely spot and that our staff, particularly Ekta, made a positive impact on your stay. Our team takes pride in providing friendly service and it's rewarding to know this was evident during your visit. It's also great to hear that you enjoyed our 24-hour room service and found The Level Lounge to be conducive for your meetings. We have taken note of your comment regarding the noise you experienced in your room. While we aim to ensure every guest has a restful stay, we understand that sometimes external factors can impact this. For future visits, we would like to mention that rooms on the 7th and 8th floors are typically recommended for guests seeking a quieter experience. We're glad that the cuisine met your expectations and that you found our food to be proper and enjoyable. We hope to welcome you back on a future occasion. Best wishes, Guest Experience Team

We loved this hotel. The service was excellent and the lounge areas were perfect for breakfasts and family gatherings to recap the day and plan for the next one. We did have to walk a fair way to get to most things, but we had a three day hop-on/hop-off bus tour, and the stop was steps away from the hotel. By utilizing this we got pretty much everywhere we wanted to be with only one or two Uber rides. We loved it and will be back.
