This is my second stay at a Melia London hotel and the staff are superb. Very helpful and always seem genuine in their eagerness to ensure everyone enjoys their stay. Room facilities are very good and air con excellent - which was much needed as temps were over 30 while we were there.

Superb stay! The hotel is conveniently located near 3 x tube stations, with connecting lines all over the City, it takes around 5 mins to get to Portland Street, 7 to Regents Park and 10 mins to Warren Street. We have stayed at the hotel before, but decided to return following the refurbishment and are so pleased we did! The fresh new room designs are welcome, they're well appointed and comfortable. The bed was huge, pillows not ideal for me but soon rectified once I asked for something firmer from reception and bedding was clearly excellent quality, we slept very well for the duration of our stay (3 nights). Service at the White House is exceptional. Every member of staff we came across was lovely, so friendly, welcoming and accommodating. A special shout out to Christina at reception, who checked us in and made us feel so comfortable immediately, offering up refreshments following our journey and arranging for our luggage to be sent directly to our room and also to the wonderful Luisa at breakfast, who looked after us and shared some lovely stories about her grandchild (which we loved!). The hotel is still undergoing some refurbishment and we're looking forward to returning to see it when it is all done. Another successful stay with the Melia, thank you for hosting us!

We’ve just spent 5 nights here with our kids. We had connecting rooms, which were modern and spacious. Loved the fact you could open the windows too. All staff were super helpful, efficient and friendly. Great breakfast. We loved this hotel. Location for a family is also fabulous, with Regents Park two minutes away.

Stayed here with my husband on a one night room only basis. Booked directly and got it much cheaper than through any of the booking sites. It’s a few years since we stayed here before. Brill okey a standard room. Gorgeous, room even though it was there most basic. Scandi style interiors which work really well. Monsoon rain shower and rituals products. Also managed to get free overnight parking on the street right by the hotel entrance. We didn’t eat at the hotel so can’t comment on that. Receptionist very friendly. Would definitely stay again. No need to book luxury or premier rooms the standard rooms are wonderful.
