My partner and I stayed here recently and as soon as we stepped into the lobby we were blown away! I somehow managed to get a great deal and we looked at each other and asked how on earth did we afford this?! Whilst we had to wait a little to check in, once in our room we were more...

Staying on business. Good welcome. Free wifi. Spacious. Nice room - quiet. I'd have liked some free bottled water. Lovely (expensive) bar with great martinis. Good breakfast. Close to Regent's Park. Overall, excellent.

We loved our stay here! From the moment we were welcomed through the front door, we have experienced attentive, knowledgeable, personable and charming service. Our room was delightful, with everything we required. Housekeeping was both efficient and friendly. The buffet breakfasts are generous and cater for such a broad range of tastes. We dined in "The Place" and appreciated the...

Very easy to walk onto Oxford St and many other tourist places. Towels are too small and beds are very narrow. Breakfast a little expensive but fresh and nice. Loved the kettle in the room as I travel everywhere with Starbucks instant. Several convenience stores close which I like as well. Overall would certainly stay again at right price.

Run down hotel in desperate need of a refurbishment and staff overhaul. Training is required in customer service, as the gentleman on the front desk was extremely rude, acted as though he had a superior air about him and unhelpful. Katalin in reservations was slightly more helpful but still not customer friendly. Melia need to understand that it is the...

After reading different comments I must tell I was not sure about this hotel. The lobby was nice, the check in was smooth, but the room was surprisingly nice and spacious for london standards. We were happy to celebrate my birthday here. I must say I appreciated the kind guy at reception David, very professional and smiley. Then we enjoyed...

We stayed here for 3 days. I honestly couldn't fault the hotel or staff. Everyone was very friendly and welcoming. I found the hotel very clean. Lovely relaxed bar and the breakfast we couldn't fault. Great variety of fruit, bread, cereals and cooked breakfast. We will definitely return to The Melia White House on our next visit to London.

This Spanish owned hotel is well located for vacation travel, close to three major tube Stations, Sherlock Holmes museum and Madame tussaud's museum, and Regent's Park. We walked to Selfridge's and the shops of Oxford Street in 10 minutes. Some good pubs, and restaurants 10 minutes walk on Baker Street. The hotel is clean, with a modern European design inside...
