I have been a very regular visitor here in the last 6 or 7 years. It has many good aspects - location, level of service, staff attitudes - but also some downsides for wheelchair users. These are: The number of accessible rooms is limited. All have walk in showers with pumps to remove the water. The pumps are unreliable and...

Getting to the hotel is relatively easy from London, Heathrow. We took the London Express from Heathrow, to Paddington & walked a few steps and boarded the city bus #205 in front of McDonalds(easy even with luggage), the bus stops within a 2 min. walk to the hotel. The hotel is across the street from the tube but most days...

If you are slightly obese and I am not you wouldn't be able to get into the bathroom. Very noisy and crowded breakfast area. Hopefully won't need to stay there again. Many better and cheaper places to stay in London.

Very good location next to Regent's Park, Fitzrovia, Primrose Hill, and Marylebone, and close to Warren Street and Great Portland Street tube stations. I really like the the personal training sessions on Tuesdays and Thursdays, far better than just going to the gym.

Stayed here for a couple of nights whilst on business. First thing to note, it was exceptionally busy when I arrived with a large contingent attending a function in the hotel and all milling around the lobby. This didn't seem unusual, as pretty well every time I went through the lobby area, there seemed to be some function or other...

The service was impeccable, staff were very friendly and so good that they almost anticipate what you will ask for next. Wanted to highlight the gem of your firm, Archna Nandwani, who will make me come back again to this hotel. I must say that she cared for every single detail since the moment i entered this hotel. I must...

A disappointing experience. The room was shabby and dark, with grubby lace curtains, worn veneers and poor quality toiletries. The decor is heavy and oppressive and the bed far too big for the room. For what they are charging, you will find much lighter, smarter more tasteful hotels in London. Go elsewhere.

Upon our arrival my friend and I had to wait a short while to check-in. When we eventually did get served we found it difficult to understand the lady who (amongst many staff) spoke broken English - we found there was a communication problem on a couple of occasions. The hotel foyer and corridors look grand, however when we got...

Their classic rooms are so tiny that you can't take a standing shower. Pay for that Superior room upgrade! Staff at the check-in desk is too limited and inexperienced - I asked them for a different portfolio print format at checkout and they took 20 mins to figure that out. Originally they declined to provide it in any other format...

The Melia White House is a nice hotel near the South-East of Regent's Park. I stayed here 4 nights in November 2016. The hotel group is Spanish and many employees are Spaniards. Their friendliness and helpfulness overwhelmed me. At the reception, the service was impeccable: quick, efficient and very likeable (even in German). Thank you, Ferran and the lady from...
