TERRIBLE HOTEL. THE ROOM STANK OF MOLD! Do not stay here if you want nice service. The room had a disgusting smell. The service was very bad, slow to requests and had to be constantly reminded. It was very noisy outside at night.

I have lived, worked and visited London for many years and this is one of the best hotels I have stayed in. The staff are just incredible, not only with their guests but also with eachother. Martina was fantastic. The hotel decor is lovely and is so clean, room was great, location excellent and good value. I will be back !

The Rathbone is an oasis! A beautiful hotel in a gorgeous part of London. The staff are so welcoming, unfussy, helpful and generous with their time and knowledge. Rooms are lovely. Would recommend this hotel to everyone.

What a fabulous hotel! Beautiful décor. A lovely warm, friendly welcome on arrival. Every member of staff we saw had a smile. The room (203) was spotlessly clean, well proportioned, well equipped and very comfortable. A mini fridge would be a good addition but I'm being picky! The hotel itself is wonderfully located in a quiet area (for London) within a few moments walk of wonderful bars and restaurants. Oxford St, Trafalgar Square, The British Museum were all minutes away too. This is a hotel I definitely recommend and will return to.

The hotel itself is perfectly situated, with restaurants and idyllic walks on its doorstep. Myself and my partner were overwhelmed by how delightful the staff were. It was my partner’s birthday and I wanted to have some balloons delivered to the room as a surprise. Not only did they accept the delivery and put the balloons in the room while we were out, they also left a bottle of Prosecco, chocolate and a signed card with their well wishes!!! We were both touched by their efforts! Aside from this gesture, we found them to be incredibly helpful and kind. I think they epitomise what it means to go over and above!! The Rathbone staff are an absolute asset, pay rises all round!!!!😉

The staff was superb and made sure we were at home! Breakfast was perfect! Most comfortable bed! Close to everything we needed and wanted to do. If we ever return to London we would stay here. Our son-in law recommended this hotel and thrilled he did! Tottenham station is a quick walk from Rathbone and once we figured out the streets of London that intertwine every which way, we were secure in finding our way to Rathbone

What a great find! We’ve stayed in many hotels in London but this is our fave (except the Goring but that’s for a special occasion)) Gorgeous hotel with lots of restaurants nearby in a lovely area! Oxford St was an 8 min walk away, didn’t eat or use the bar but it all looked very nice! Will definitely return!

The staff here are worth a 6 out of 5 👏👏. As del the moment the the 4 of us walked in the welcome from Martina and Francisco was so warm and friendly. We were only here for one night but they couldn’t do enough for us! Helped us with directions to a few places, offered us options for places to eat, with recommendations and ideas.Really top class. The room was lovely,(might need a better blackout curtain) , very clean as were the main toilets in the hotel. The two bar lounges are cosy and again the staff are fab! Will definitely go back 😊 Ciao Martina e Federico e hola Francisco 👋 ( we were rooms 304 & 305)
