I have stayed at this hotel a couple of times in the past when I worked just around the corner. On this occasion I spent a single night here in order to prepare for business presentation the following. The hotel is very well situated just on the south end of Fitzrovia adjacent to Charlotte Street. There are numerous restaurants and pubs... More

We stayed here for one night after having to travel to London on business and decided to take in a show. So after searching the Internet came across this 4 star hotel at a reasonable price including full English. We were pleasantly surprised. A medium size hotel so was more personal than a chain. Immaculately clean and the breakfast was... More

Had an overnight stay here after a meal at a restaurant off of regent street and we decided to stay up in the city rather than get the train back straight after dinner. Was a comfortable night with amazing bedding. Nice bar and a lovely London pub directly opposite. It's a great location tucked back off of a busy road.... More

Arriving at 5pm as we had tickets for the theatre and wanted an early dinner, we went to our room which was small and dated, the only plus point was that it was clean. As we needed a quick change before going to dinner and the theatre I was in the bedroom half undressed when the housekeeper just walked in... More

Dear guest, Thank you for your review. I am disappointed that your stay was less than satisfactory. Our Manager on duty called you to apologise for the issues found after investigating. The housekeeper was horrified and quite embarrassed with the situation and was extremely apologetic. I am sorry to read that we will not have the opportunity to regain your... More

Rooms are 'clinically' clean, especially the bathroom. Beds are super comfy. All furnishing are fantastic quality and the only downside was the room itself was a 'tad' on the small side. No problem for a couple of nights stay. Super location and a very discrete bar & comfortable communal room. For the money, middle of London it was excellent value.... More

We stayed here just overnight on a weekend trip to see Aladdin and celebrate our first anniversary. They upgraded our room and were the perfect example of hospitality. Our room was super clean and tidy and a great size. We had continental breakfast included but could have upgraded to full English for just £4 each. But the continental was plentiful... More

My husband and I recently visited The Rathbone for a birthday weekend getaway to see Aladdin in the West End. We stayed one night on a Saturday. The hotel is an excellent location for a theatre break (within easy walking distance). The hotel was very clean and tidy and the room we had was a good size, air conditioned, comfortable... More

Lovely staff and good service, great location for the city and not a bad deal for our weekend away, thank you. The standard room we had was a good size for our purposes and the bed was comfortable. Have had a few trips to London and stayed in various hotels, but I really liked this one. It has a lovely old charm about it. Our room was spacious and super clean, didn't spend a lot of time in hotel as we were out and about. The hotel is in a really central location so we were able to... More
