Family stay in London for 2 adults and 1 child in the family room. On a whole was an enjoyable stay for what we needed central to everywhere. Rooms were good clean and all needs catered for. Staff were amazing so helpful and really friendly at all times from cleaners to front of house and restaurant staff. The only downside would be the building work directly below our room starting early in the morning, this felt like it was in our room directly now if it wasn’t a heatwave and the air con had worked the windows would stayed shut l, however it was our only source of air for two nights and made a really uncomfortable sleep. Like I’ve said though on normal circumstances windows shut kept most of the noise out. Obviously the noise is no fault of this hotel but maybe have a look into the air con. Cannot fault this hotel if you’re needing a comfy, welcoming, clean hotel to go this is definitely a good choice.

Hotel's Favorite
I stayed for one night in this hotel with my son, who is in a wheelchair. I was surprised at how many hotels in London would not accomodate my son, however the Radisson Blu, Edwardian staff went out of their way to ensure that we were well looked after and every single requirement of mine was dealt with efficiently and extremely pleasantly. The location of the hotel is excellent and my room, which was roomy and comfortable overlooked Oxford Street. My breakfast was included in the price, however it would not be worth paying extra for as it was nothing special and limited choice, however my evening meal was delicious. The room was a tad dated, however it was clean, the beds were comfortable, the temperature in the room was spot on and the shower was lovely. What made the trip that bit more special, though, were the staff. Every single person I came across was pleasant, friendly, professional and eager to please. Overall it was a really lovely stay. The only note I would mention is that the lift is a tad small for a wheelchair and an extra person. We managed to squeeze in, but it was a squeeze and could not be done with s case as well. But, we got there and were made to feel very special indeed. The only reason I gave four out of five for the sleep quality was that I stayed the evening that England qualified for the finals, so there was lots of merriment on Oxford Street that evening, however it was so lovely to be a part of the atmosphere, I did not mind.

Fantastic staff. The to reception team , the bar staff , the restaurant team were all very friendly & welcoming. Nothing was too much trouble. The location was also brilliant , smack next to Bond street tube station & a few minutes from Oxford street shopping. Yes the price is not the cheapest but the luxury & service more than compensate for this.

A four night stay for business, on the third night my security deposit card was charged the full amount, even though I was still up in the room and had another night booked with the hotel. Over £550 was deducted, when I went downstairs to challenge this I was assured that it would be back in my account the same day. Upon leaving the next day (still not refunded) I was told I had to pay the money (effectively again) as it had been 'refunded' - apparently without doing so would mean I couldn't check out, so I had no choice but to pay again! Again I was assured by the General Manager that I would be refunded that day. Still waiting for this refund 4 days later, and when you call customer services you just get an excuse, sorry they are all in meetings! Quite why no one telephoned the room to mention they were about to charge my personal debit card this money is beyond me. I was simply told - Head Office told me to. Quite clearly all the staff have simply been on a customer service course that suggests they just lie to guests to make them go away. Terrible service, and what can only be described robbery! Never ever will I stay at this hotel again, and I would suggest nobody else does either.

We chose this hotel based on the proximity to a heath facility we had to visit the following day. It was within walking distance, so we were pleased. I thought the room only rate of £155 was very good for this standard of hotel in London. The Premium Room came with complimentary water, robe and slippers. My wife always looks for the water and was pleased to find the slippers as she had been regretting not having packed her own. We arrived rather late were pleased with the easy check in and we ate in the bar. The bar staff were helpful and attentive and we really felt for those working in hospitality in these strange times. This hotel seemed to have a good grip on the procedures. On check in we were advised that it would be necessary to book a breakfast time, so I ate alone when I came back from walking my wife to her appointment. At £22, the breakfast was more than the £8.95 I paid premier Inn later that week, but it was a much better experience. While I miss the breakfast buffet, I was not disappointed by the service or the quality of the food. Had I to repeat the experience I would check the menu rather than just ordering what came into my head. My only gripe is that the aircon was noisy and did not seem to cool the room. Perhaps it could be running so that the guest arrives in a room that is pre-cooled?
