Novotel London Tower Bridge is celebrated for its exceptionally clean rooms and prime location right by the tube station, making it a fantastic starting point for those eager to explore London's landmarks. The hotel's atmosphere is regarded as modern and cozy, despite a less inspiring reception area. Guests commend the spacious and well-appointed rooms, though room quality and service occasionally fall short. Reviewers appreciate the friendly and professional staff, with special mentions of individuals like Khan, and while the amenities are deemed basic, they are considered satisfactory for the value.

The hotel is in a fantastic location. Rooms are clean and spacious and well fitted with excellent furniture. Staff is great too. However, there are a couple of minor things, which cumulatively you would not expect from a 4* hotel. The hair dryer is awful. There are very basic amenities (typically what you will expect from a budget hotel). The food in the restaurant is not great nor is the service. The breakfast is also quite average.

Stayed overnight in London unexpectedly. I after trying 2 other hotels that were full, the Novotel was able to find me a room, quite late in the evening, which was much appreciated. Very nice lobby and breakfast. Great location. Just wish I’d stayed longer!

This hotel charged me & said it didn’t go through even though I showed them proof that it did? They then told me I must pay 30 pounds pre authorisation but went ahead and charged me 170 (8 pounds more then the actual room itself) this was on the 3rd February l had to a direct dispute to get me money back & the extra 8 pounds from the pre authorisation of course I haven’t received. The bald headed receptionist had absolutely no customer service skills whatsoever was rude to both me & my partner on arrival! I booked a room for two & he arrived later & was told he isn’t a guest so he’s not allowed to say anything?!? Honestly I’ve been to Novotel Canary Wharf soo many times & the experience is top tier they go above & beyond every time please whatever you do DO NOT BOOK this outdated HORRIBLE hotel unless you want to be robbed & treated like crap.

Dear Madam L We apologize for the inconvenience you experienced during your stay. Regarding the billing issue, we want to clarify that we have been in contact with you since the technical issue arose. We want to assure you that we did not intend to overcharge you, and the release of the pre-authorization is still in progress. As mentioned in our correspondence from February 6th, all holds were released from our end, and the amounts should already be cleared back. However, the timing of the release depends on your bank, especially if it is a foreign account. We recommend contacting your issuing bank to expedite the process if necessary. We also want to address your concerns about the customer service you received. We take your feedback seriously and will address it with our team to ensure better service in the future. Once again, we apologize for any inconvenience caused and appreciate your understanding. Best Regards Angelica Duran Guest Experience Coordinator

Rooms appear clean and fairly modern. Everything was working. The WiFi is fast and allows you to work efficiently as well. Although it’s not a budget hotel, the amenities really have been stripped down to a bare minimum, with not even slippers or bathrobes being available, not even on request. Due to the use of yellowish lights, the room tends to be a bit gloomy without the possibility to switch on a bright light. Breakfast is ok but gets a bit boring after a while, rotation of the selections wouldn’t be bad. Some of the staff could use a bit of hospitality training. The valet lady from Eastern European descent with the glasses at the breakfast area really gives you an air of “what do you want”, and just lets you wait there lost in her paperwork even if there are no other guests around. Great location in the city. Just 2-3 minutes walk to Tower Hill underground, DLR or Fenchurch Street trains. Overall, decent value for money and would stay here again.

It's the second time we come to this hotel. Very well positioned, close to the tube and the thames. Rooms are comfortable and nice. Clean environment and nice personnel. Breakfast to be improved compared to other Novotel in London, but price is correct.

We booked two rooms and asked for them to be next to each other or as close as possible. One of the rooms was for our daughter’s 18th birthday. When we arrived we managed to check in an hour early which was very helpful. We had two rooms with an internal connecting door. Our daughter’s room was decorated with balloons and a card and a piece of cake from the hotel, we all thought this was a really nice thing for the hotel to do. The rooms were both very nice, a little warm but not uncomfortably so. They were very clean, along with the rest of the hotel, and had nice views towards the Tower of London. We can’t comment on the restaurant as we didn’t use it. Tower Hill and Fenchurch Street underground stations are both less than a minutes walk away from the hotel. The Tower of London is probably about five minutes with a busy road to cross. Plenty of cafes, bars and restaurants to choose from within minutes of the hotel. Probably one of the best hotels we have stayed at in London.

Great location, modern hotel. We received a free upgrade to a room overlooking the London tower and bridge. Was amazing. Very close to the Tower tube station and Fenchurch St station. We did have a cleaner come into our room while we were asleep which was unacceptable and the manager wasn’t available to tell me why this had occurred. Apart from that it was great.
