The hotel was in a great location with plenty bars and restaurants nearby. Very clean and staff very friendly, only negative is its the smallest bedroom I have ever had but given everything else was good I would return

I came in the Hotel last week with my family to have drinks and snack at the bar.The hotel is really nice in a good location, close to Oxford Street but in a quiet street . I had a good experience and I enjoyed my time there. Staff were all kind especially at the reception as when we first came... More

This was a really pretty hotel. Staff were very helpful, accommodating and friendly. I stayed in a single room. Room was very small. However, I didn't mind as I was staying for one night. It had a window that open which was so lovely. Street view was charming and noise was very, very minimal.Location was great, short walk to the... More

I had a ground floor 'Double Executive' room. It was tatty! Furniture was well used, chipped round edges. Bed was about 2 feet off the ground and seemed to be a some kind of fold-up judging by the hinges, not sure. Moderately comfortable, but had a sore back when I rose in the morning! When I complained about the lack... More

I was booked in here by a client and was running a two day training course and this was my first experience of this property - although I have stayed in several other Grange units. My first impression was that the staff were outstanding in their willingness to help and flexibility. Even arriving at 0700 hrs I was able to... More

Stayed over night here whilst doing a course in May. It was good for a night stop over. The hotel was difficult to find and I walked past the front entrance but it's in a very central location. The room was clean but the hotel lobby felt like it could be updated. The carpets and furniture seems dated. This might... More

Stayed with a colleague so it was a tale of two different experiences. I had one of the new rooms which was air-conditioned and complete with modern amenities so could not fault my stay. My colleague had an older room which he described as small and old so he had a lesser experience and would score lower than my own... More

just returned from a 1 night stay at langham court. I have stayed at a Grange hotel previously and would definitely recommend. Hotels have always been of a good standard at a reasonable price and staff are always extremely helpful. On this occasion my husband and I didn't spend very much time at the hotel but our room was clean... More

I booked an executive room (according to description of website should have looked different, had a safe, and enough room for extra rollaway bed)- well we were given room 110- no safe, tiny shower cubicle and very little space inside, not a chance to fit an extra bed in that room- more like a medium-small 3* I didn't ask for... Booked this last minute as had appointment at the Portland Hospital, 5 mins walk away. Stella, on reception could not have been more helpful. The room was small, but very comfortable with minimal sound issue. The breakfast served in the basement, is in a cafe style, does not really go with the rest of the building, however, again the staff... More
