Great location and decent rate but I'll avoid this hotel in future. The staff didn't strike me as engaged in customer care. This manifest itself in noisy room cleaning throughout the day (mostly banging bedroom doors) and hallways cluttered by cleaning trolleys. The worst of it was the food left on trays outside bedrooms. I saw one tray sitting by...

We had 1 junior suite and also 1 twin. Very happy with the suite, clean, comfortable loads of nice extras (fruit juice, mineral water, biscuits etc.) Beds and towels are excellent. The twin room was comfortable and well appointed. Both rooms were quiet. Food very good. Staff excellent and we're very good with our two year old. No problem with...

Dear tcat68, Thank you for taking the time to share your comments online. We work hard to deliver exemplary guest experiences but it is unfortunate we weren't able to do so on this occasion especially with the condition of the room you were given and level of customer service received. This is definitely not up to standards and we will...

The only attribute is location at the shopping centre of London. Its rather old hotel (need refreshment) and quite expensive for quality I had been offered. However London is not low price capital and I would advice book only if price is lowest possible compared by booking or trivago.

Staying in Marylebone

Neighborhood Profile
Marylebone
Marylebone offers what so many London neighborhoods cannot: a village feel coupled with urban convenience. Much of its success rests in its location. Wedged between the northeastern corner of Hyde Park and the southern end of Regent's Park and with a number of Tube stations within easy reach, Marylebone is as pedestrian friendly as Central London gets. The bustling shopping mecca of Oxford Street separates it from Soho and Mayfair, exclusive Regent Street marks its border with Fitzrovia, and cosmopolitan Edgware Road serves as its western edge. Within this enviably situated quarter are an array of outstanding restaurants (from Michelin darlings to down and dirty cheeseburgers), an impressive assortment of independently owned shops, and some of the city's quietest and most pleasant nooks, crannies and cobbled lanes.
