Marylebone offers what so many London neighborhoods cannot: a village feel coupled with urban convenience. Much of its success rests in its location. Wedged between the northeastern corner of Hyde Park and the southern end of Regent's Park and with a number of Tube stations within easy reach, Marylebone is as pedestrian friendly as Central London gets. The bustling shopping mecca of Oxford Street separates it from Soho and Mayfair, exclusive Regent Street marks its border with Fitzrovia, and cosmopolitan Edgware Road serves as its western edge. Within this enviably situated quarter are an array of outstanding restaurants (from Michelin darlings to down and dirty cheeseburgers), an impressive assortment of independently owned shops, and some of the city's quietest and most pleasant nooks, crannies and cobbled lanes.

This hotel is located just behind Debenhams on Oxford Street. The hotel is clean and bedrooms are good but the bathrooms definitely need updating. It is reasonably priced for London and location. Breakfast has a decent selection. I think it has a Spa also but didn’t use.

Dear JoanneG462, Thank you for taking the time to review your stay and I am pleased that you had a good stay but would like a more updated bathroom. I would like to thank you for taking the time to share your thoughts on your stay. We do have another company who do massage and all sorts of laser treatments and hotel guests are welcome to book these services directly with them. Kind Regards

Stayed for one night due mainly to a)location and b)business trip so not overly sensitive on price or reviews to a degree. Great location and 4 minute walk to Bond Street Tube. Breakfast is a decent choice of hot and cold options. Bacon undercooked to my liking and sausage was like cutting through leather but other items were good. WiFi took some getting online but then was good. Service from reception was excellent. The room on 2nd floor was dated and the bathroom requires rip out and refurb. TV didn’t work at all, though I was in bed by this point and not going to have someone looking at it. Iron would not turn up from slightly warm. All in all it needs a lot of money spending on the property away from reception and bar areas.

Dear 706andyn, Firstly thank you for staying with and taking the time to review your stay. I really appreciate the detail and feedback you have put together as it means I can do something about any shortfalls which occurred and also praise the team who did well. I will feedback to reception that you thought their service to be excellent and you enjoyed breakfast however will inform our chef about the sausage being overcooked. Should you stay in the future please ask the server in the restaurant that you prefer crispy bacon as we can do this for you. Have spoken to housekeeping as the TV should be in working order before you check in. Thanks again for the feedback. Kind Regards

Stayed 2 nights here. Lovely hotel, great breakfast and easy to walk to loads of places we wanted to visit . We got a cab from euston station and for less than a tenner it was well worth it. Nice bar to end the night in too.

This is our second stay at this hotel. We struggle to find rooms suitable for 2 adults and 3 children without having to have 2 rooms . In the family rooms there are 2 double beds and then a camp bed. The rooms could do with some refurbishment but we weren’t in them for long. There was a good selection of food at breakfast and the staff were friendly. It is a good location to Bond Street Underground station as it is only a few minutes walk away. There are lots of places to eat nearby as well

MY WALLET AND CURRENCY WAS STOLEN FROM HOTEL ROOM ELECTRONIC SAFE BY THEIR STAFF. Hotel Management is clueless who do it. I registered a police complaint. Feel unsure if I will ever book an IGH property ever again. Safety is more important than any other hotel facility

Dear soni9999,, Thank you for leaving some feedback after staying with recently. As a hotel we take the security and safety of our guests and team members extremely serious. Any allegation of theft is thoroughly investigated by the hotel and all evidence is passed on to the police in order for them to decide whether to proceed any further. I have already been in touch with you privately regarding this very serious allegation. Kind Regards
