We arrived for the weekend and was greeted by staff, the check in was easy. Friday night the room was a little cold, when we went to speak with staff about this they was more than helpful, changed the batteries in the remote to the heater, turned the radiator on and offered blankets aswell as giving us fresh towels for the day. The staff member who was on the night shift (Wezzy) was very friendly, engaged in conversation whenever we walked in at the end of a long day and would help us out with directions, places to visit aswell as always having a smile on his face! The hotel room was big enough for the 3 of us with twin beds, a tv, mirror and en-suite aswell as Window / doors that opened up to the view of the road. The location was perfect, across the road from 2 tube stations, access to shops, pub, restaurants & Kensington gardens at the top of the road within a 15 - 20 minute walk to Notting hill. I will definitely be returning back here when I next visit london.

Stayed for one night to see winter wonderland. Pros: comfy and clean bed l, location perfect. Cons: room tiny, shower not working properly, bathroom dirty and small. Reception really aggressive when asked for a fan because the room was hot, then got spoken to appallingly when the receptionist came in the room with a grubby fan. Also, only 2 working plugs In entire room.

Stayed beginning of December, as a belated 70th birthday suprise for my mum....on entering I instantly realised it was not as depicted on website even the Christmas tree looked like it was too much effort to stand tall and given up!...young boy on reception with a solemn monotone didn't want to be there attitude. Went to room in the smallest lift I have ever seen with carpet on the walls and fake walnut pannels. I was speechless the room looked like it should have been condemned back in 1970. Dated tired damaged furniture. Dirty grubby wallpaper peeling off the walls, wonky light fittings the sort you would find in a flea market week after week after week because nobody would buy it, suspicious splashes and smudges all over the walls. Carpet that was threadbare and only held together by layers and layers of grime. The bathroom was unusable, dirty smelly shower curtain which was moldy and ripped. Bath tub which was chipped and damaged, rusty shower head that was caked with green mold . Tiles that were broken and missing....I could go on and on and on but I'm grossing myself out just remembering. There is no breakfast available even if you wanted to risk it. The only good thing to say was the location was amazing and I loved the vibe in Bayswater and it's closeness to the city centre. Do not believe the images on the website as that is clearly a very different hotel.

We booked two rooms in November. The rooms smelled like mole, wall papers hanging in the wall and uncleaned room. Shower was dirty. I'll rate this Hotell 0/5 stars. This should be closed. NEVER BOOK THIS HOTEL.

I stayed here for 2 nights in October 2021. The hotel is in a great location so cannot be faulted. The hotel reception is welcoming yet dated, however the gentleman who was working on the 2nd October when we checked in was lovely and welcoming. Our room was VERY basic. The walls were filthy but generally the room was clean. The room was outdated, with water stains all over the ceiling. It could do with a coat of paint and a few other areas, such as the shower cubicle could do with resealing. There were also tiny ants all over the bathroom. Overall an OK stay for the cheap price, but wouldn't stay again.
