Very charming hotel, with exceptional service. The staff was gracious, kind, and accommodating. The decor is stylish yet understated. Our room was spacious and well-appointed. We were pleasantly surprised by the amenities for our six year old son: children's bath robe and slippers, toiletry set, and coloring book. One night we took a taxi back to the hotel, and realized... My husband and I stayed on Saturday night for his birthday. This hotel is a little gem, truly modern, fresh and beautiful. The service was excellent and we couldn't fault it. Even the parking outside on a Sunday is free. Located on a quite street with no through traffic, so a peaceful nights sleep too. 10/10

This hotel is superb! Really, it's gorgeous. I feel as though I am in my own private, luxury club. The bars and lounges are truly beautiful. We are surrounded by fantastic art, and the room is quietly stunning. I feel at home here. I love it.

Location is good, a small dead end alley right after Harrods , off Brmopton Rd. 5 min walk from Piccadilly line (Knightsbridge station ). The room I got was relatively small. Design of room is nice. Home feeling. I had few steps behind the door that leads to the bathroom. So it not like the rooms they show on the... More

This is a boutique hotel in the heart of Knightsbridge and a walk away from other wonderful places. The staff look after everything for you and are always keen to hear of your experiences and to suggest things as well. They looked after our transport to and from Heathrow and arranger a doctor's appointment for one of our party who... More

I stayed in this hotel 3 time, it's one of firmdale hotels in london. This hotel is what I called a boutique hotel very very cozy, the staff are very friendly and professional. They used the living room and the library room as the lobby, comfortable sofas with fire place. When I was attending my course in London they prepare... More

Had a weekend in London after a business trip. Decided to treat myself and stay here whilst catching up with friends and shopping. Really lovely small hotel. Quite, beautiful, smallish room in a great location. Big tick from me

I stayed at this hotel in August 2016 for 4 nights in a junior suite. The room was spacious, beautiful and artfully decorated. The bathroom was made of marble tiles and equipped with beautiful-smelling amenities. The members of staff were so kind and friendly, made me feel at home, exactly like how a boutique hotel should. It's literally a 3-minute... More

Very nice and friendly service. Convenient bar and modern renovated rooms. Clean and tidy and people are friendly and helpful. Rooms are spacious, enough room for extra luggages! Excellent location, just steps away from Harrods, cafes and convenient store.

We stayed here for our wedding anniversary a few weeks ago and it was excellent. Hotel is in a quiet street two minutes from Knightsbridge. The public areas are terrific - a three or four room lounge with the honor bar, games and magazines. Our room wasn't quite ready so they brought us excellent coffee and water. The room was... More

Neighborhood Profile
Knightsbridge
When millions of tourists want to shop 'til they drop, they do it along Brompton Road and its boutique-lined tributaries, including the world-renowned Harrods. And when millionaires want to flaunt what they've already got, many of them find Knightsbridge and Belgravia the perfect place to do so, often behind stately mansion walls or down quiet private mews. Delve beyond the ultra-luxe exterior and you'll find some of this city's cosiest pubs, quiet gardens, and all sorts of indie retailers and enterprises worth a short exercise in spontaneous window shopping. For those looking to take a break from shopping, Hyde Park, Kensington Gardens, and some of the city's most popular museums are nearby.
