Hotel staff lovely and welcoming on arrival, very quick to ensure both rooms where together, two teenage daughters so they accommodated us with adjoining rooms. Rooms clean but dated, shower hot and powerful, bed on the hard side for one night, wasn't a problem. Hotel ideally situation for Northern line pleasent 8min. walk from Chalk Farm Tube station. Didn't eat...

Arrived Sunday 16th April. The room is warm, clean and the facilities are adequate. We went down to evening meal and that's where it all turned sour. The food came out in dribs and drabs and considering that 50 of us had just arrived wasn't enough and queues ensued. The food was all cooked from frozen and some of it...

We spent 3nights and were a bit disappointed. Couldn't get a meal after 9pm but luckily there is a fantastic Italian restaurant called il primo on England Lane which is just a short walk. There were not enough towels for two people and you need to be under 5'6" to fit under the shower. The room itself was a little...

We stayed here for one night on a tour with National holidays. scruffy from the outside and tired inside. Very quickly checked in. We were in room 304 twin room on 3rd floor. If you get a room near the 2 lifts ask to be moved because you will not get to sleep until everyone is in bed. The lifts...

We stayed for one night here as part of a National holiday break to the Harry Potter studios. First impressions from the outside were not great as it looked quite scruffy and the reception area was quite dark. However checkin was quick and our room on the ground floor was spacious and clean. The evening meal was buffet style and...

Went for a 2 night stay paid for 2 nights bed, breakfast and evening meal. When we had checked in we were told as if it was an after thought that the kitchen was closed that night so there was no hot food that night. We had to go out to a restaurant and paid £60.00 for a very good meal....

Each time you walked in the room it smelled of cigarettes even tho neither of us smoked, there was no bath plug so could not have a bath. The door locked but was not sturdy enough, the windows could of easily have been opened from the outside. The coffee tray had empty milk cartons in it, however it did the...

Listen this is not a 4 or 5 star hotel so lets keep this in mind. The location was great (close to the tube, Primrose Park and other attractions). The room was good, on the 1st floor facing the street ( a little noisy) but was not bad at all. It was clean and warm and we were close to...
