You must be aware that you get what you pay for in this world and this review is only one man's opinion.... Thankfully I only had to endure a single night sharing a bed with far too many lice....or did I just have many many itches. I would class the hotel in the "Badly Run Down" category, threadbare carpets or... More

This hotel was not at all what we or our travel agent expected. On the positive side, the location is terrific -- steps away from the Kensington Gardens and within walking distance to Hyde Park, Nottington Hill, shopping, pubs, and the Queensway Station. On the negative side, you better have LOTS to do because you will NOT want to spend... More

Not very clean, sagging beds, no elevator, lots of steep stairs, very poor continental breakfast. We opened the wardrobe to find a bundle of not completely taped wires. Go there only if you are... This hotel was awful. We arrived and had no milk or cups in our room. It was a 6 flight stair trip to go down to reception. Our room was really dirty and tatty. The shower was disgusting. It was just a rusty old rail hanging from the stairwell above. The curtain was covered in rust spots and smelt horrible.... More

Can't believe they classify themselves as 3 stars. Our room (5) down in the basement was within a room, it had a window and curtains but looked into what looked like a store room storing paint and all sorts, no natural light pretty grim. Room very basic. It is in a decent location but it is very cheap and you... More
