Travelers' Choice
Sloane Square was designed in 1771 and named after Sir Hans Sloane (1660 – 1753). The property has been a 4 star hotel since 1900. Chelsea has always been at the heart of fashionable London and became world famous during the 1960s as the centre of swinging London. In fact the Beatles frequently stayed in the hotel which was then called The Royal Court. In 2005/6 the hotel was completely renovated and reopened as Sloane Square Hotel. We are very proud to be an independent, privately owned hotel which reflects the individual character of the property and personal guest service.

We are staying at Sloane Square Hotel for our daughter's wedding in London. Great location, nice hotel, fab staff with a special mention to Diana who was on at breakfast. Well done! Lots of good restaurants, cafés and shops in the area. Next to Kings Road, probably the most famous street in Chelsea.

A friend and I stayed at this stunning hotel last night. From the moment we stepped into the hotel to the moment we left this morning there was nothing that was too much. The staff were extremely friendly and professional. The lift is amazing, but the room...well that was special. It more than clean, it was exceptionally clean. The room was large and the bathroom just right. It is the little touches that made this special. The breakfast room looks over the Square and when the sun is shining, you could be anywhere in Europe, not just London. The food was of high quality and the Waiter was there when we needed him and not fussy and overbearing. He was interested in what we had to say. I personally cannot wait for my next visit in a couple of weeks. I think this could now be my hotel choice for when I am staying in London. You cannot go wrong with a choice of transport outside. This was a wonderful experience.

The Sloan Square Hotel faces a lively, yet quiet spot of the city. It's an oasis of peace with extra features like signature toiletries and more pillows for extra comfort. The lounge is not open and the Spritzes are superb! The staff is very kind, professional and but friendly. The team was extremely diligent and helpful by keeping our luggage before checking in and giving extra info on bus routes. It saved us on a day with metro interruptions. This hotel is perfect for couples and those who are planning to visit the Museum quarter (V&A, Science, Natural History). Jessica from the reception is super sweet!

We stayed here as a family on Saturday night, the team were lovely from the gentleman who checked us in, to the lovely lady in the bar to the lovely receptionist when we checked out. Everyone gave a smile and seemed genuinely pleased to be at work! We had a family club room which was great with our 9 year old, he had his "own room" around the corner from our bed which I have to say was the most comfy bed I have slept in in a while! Great little perks in the room like the back massager, the electric blinds and the speaker in the shower. The only issue I had with the room was the coffee machine as it overflowed and I couldn't get it out of the wardrobe but that really wasn't a big issue. We had a lovely Sloane Square gin watching the world go by in the Square, our son thought this was great as he watched all the sports cars from the window. A fantastic stay all around and we've already been asked if we can go again next time by our son. Thank you to Heather for sorting out our booking and being so patient with us and thank you to all of the team for making the stay so lovely!

I don’t normally write reviews but I wouldn’t do this hotel justice if I didn’t. We stayed here in the two club rooms for three nights and it was absolutely fantastic from the time we checked in to the time we left. Heather and all the staff there were exceptional. I’ve never stayed in a hotel like this before in London. The location was perfect, the dainty room where we had breakfast was picturesque. You could sit there on the beautifully decorated artist room for hours and watch the world go by. The views of Sloane Square from this room were magical as you watch London carrying on their daily business. The rooms were bigger than I expected and with the heatwave we had we didn’t feel a thing with the air conditioning. The staff were attentive and polite at all times. I’d like to mention Jessica at the reception too who made sure our needs were met. Also many of the London attractions were within walkable distance. I’d like me you’d like to go with your family there are plenty of museums you can visits namely science museum, natural history museum etc all within a 15 minutes walk as well as Harrods, Hyde park and Kensington gardens also not very far at all. All in all I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for that extra special touch and comfort! Bushra
