This hotel is excellent. I’d say it’s the best hotel I’ve stayed in in London. The staff were welcoming and polite, the room was lovely, the restaurant was great. It was my husband’s birthday and they put balloons in our room and brought him a card and some chocolates. Just lovely and relaxing. I highly recommend it. 😊

Hotel's Favorite
Excellent hotel with exceptionally high service. We had adjoining rooms for our family of six, and had a wonderful stay next to Hyde park in London. Room service for the kids was a fun experience (pizza, fish goujons, spaghetti bolognese, chicken nuggets), and the adults enjoyed dinner and drinks in the hotel restaurant. Morning breakfast was great. A superior English breakfast buffet, with fresh hot toast, local preserves, and hot coffee delivered table side. Serving staff was very accommodating and helpful with my 1 and 3 year olds. Thank you to the entire hotel staff and management! Especially Alex, Candy, the entire Park Restaurant morning staff, and the hardworking engineers and housekeeping staff who keep this place clean, and running in tip top shape. Well done.

We had the most amazing stay at the Royal Lancaster last week which was a mixture of business and a short break for my wife. The room was beautiful with stunning views across the London skyline. On the first night we ate at the Nipa Thai restuarant in the hotel. The food was absolutely scrumptious, so fresh and light and moreish. The staff there were fantastic, so attentive and caring. The morning breakfasts were amazing, so much range but also the choice to have a breakfast cooked to order, we left fully fuelled for each day! The standout though is the staff throughout the hotel, engaging and cheerful, they really make this most excellent hotel outstanding - as an example the doorman insisted when I left that I take an umbrella for my walk to Paddington station as the rain outside was torrential, a very kind gesture. I very much look forward to future visits.

We had the best lady that sat us down for our afternoon tea, we can’t remember her name but it began with A, and she had only been there for 3 months. I have never been served by someone some genuine, kind and sincere. This lady couldn’t do enough for us , and I do hope she is valued by the Royal Lancaster Hotel. The food was excellent, and brilliant value for money. Everything was spotless. We have both been to many afternoon teas in other 5 star hotels, and that lady was the best. Her smile, compassion and care made the experience special. The reception staff couldn’t have been more helpful , and positive to us when we told them about our lovely experience. I will be back!

We spent a long weekend at the Royal Lancaster and loved it's central location! In addition to being right across the street from the Italian Gardens and everything Hyde Park has to offer. It is a short walk to Paddington Station and right next to the Lancaster Gate Tube Station and there are a number of buses that run up and down Bayswater connecting you to so many London neighborhoods. We had a classic King room, which was a little cozy, but it had everything we needed to feel at home. We loved having a fridge to store groceries and cool our water and the little love seat bench was nice to have so you didn't have to sit on the bed. I would highly recommend the Royal Lancaster as a central home base for couples or solo travelers!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The room was beautifully appointed and quiet. The beds were most comfortable. The bathroom was very luxurious. Views over London and the sunsetting in the West was beautiful. The reception staff were very helpful and Ryan on the door, was especially welcoming and accommodating.

The breakfast choice and standard was great. The views and location was perfect for a city break. A very relaxing place to stay for work or pleasure.
