Used this hotel while accompanying my auntie to appointments in the Royal Free Hospital which is opposite. The staff were so pleasant and accommodating breakfast was served until 10.30 fabulously quite room even though it looked over the main road. All this made a huge difference to what was really a stressful reason for our stay. I actually had some...

This one is to be avoided. Most Premier Inns are much better than this. It's unattractive, old, grim 70's hotel and feels like a converted prison. Very convenient to Royal Free Hospital therefore I didn't give it one star. Only stay here if you have to be in Belsize Park.

We visited this hotel on a weekend in mid December 2016. I am a big fan of the premier inn chain and always try to book with them for weekends away etc. Parking costs are expensive at £14 per night. When arriving into reception we were greeted with mulled wine and a mince pie which was a nice touch as...

Plus: A mostly comfortable room with good breakfast and good location at a very nice part of the city with great links to the centre. Minus: Non detachable shower and they didn't provide an adaptor other than for phone.

We have a visited this hotel many times as it is near to where my grandma lives. It's absolutely lovely here, excellent, friendly staff (Shoshana particularly) clean, comfortable room and a lovely breakfast. It's so convenient for Belsize Park tube and local shops. If you don't fancy the restaurant, Thyme, there are plenty of good, local places to eat (Chez...

Generally good but standards slipping with room cleaning. Bathroom and particularly air conditioning needed a very thorough clean. On the plus side, we actually got a bath towel each this time. Awkward van driver made us wait 10 mins to enter car park while he loaded his van, blocking the way.

I stayed at the Premiere Inn at Hampstead over Friday and Saturday this week and I felt I must mention the Restaurant Thyme as the food and service was absolutely top draw. What made it a very special breakfast was Maria the waitress, she was delightful and her service was second to none. It is a self serve breakfast but...

Stayed here in 2015 and had an issue during the check in process so was expecting another battle when I arrived earlier than 2pm. However there was a very helpful young lady on the desk ( I think her name was Carly) who checked us in and rooms allocated. If you are travelling to London and don't mind staying a...
