My daughter and I stayed here 9th - 12th June. The service from arrival to checkout was exceptional. We were upgraded to a room overlooking the Thames. The room was beautiful and spotless. We had breakfast every morning in the restaurant, great choice, served by lovely attentive staff, one Manager even remembered our coffee/juice order after the first day which was a lovely touch. The hotel is worthy of 5* because of its upkeep and decor. We are looking forward to returning soon. Thank you to all the staff.

From the minute we arrived staff were wonderful nice touch to be given a glass of fizz while we checked in.The room was clean and we had a lovely view of the river and London Eye and a box of brownies with a card congratulating us on our anniversary. We are definitely returning with our daughter to celebrate her 18th in September

We were totally unhappy with the misleading information, tricky entrance needed to cross bus lane, unusual breakfast and its services and I don’t appreciate the cost associated with the tray, and the fact that they had manipulated the costs to return ZERO of my deposit (see attached my receipt versions)! What we paid for around £40 for breakfast in takeaway boxes and forgotten croissant, butter and cold coffee could have been found in much better quality in McDonald’s. In a normal cafe we could have gotten these in dishes not takeaways! At least they could have brought the butter after my call that I reminded the reception that it’s been forgotten! Extremely poor service! In a 3-star hotel we could have definitely found better service, more room coffee capsules in a 4-persons room, at least a biscuit or two, and definitely more toilet tissues! Unbelievable that we were 3 persons and there was only two toilet tissues! this is the first time ever happened to us!

This hotel and its staff are flawless. Centrally located, it provides the perfect base to explore the beautiful city of London. The walk from Victoria Station was straight forward and quick but a stop in St James's Park is a must- it's beautiful and brimming with wildlife. We were upgraded to a Thames view room which was the icing on an already perfect cake! This is one of the best hotels we've ever experienced-thank you sincerely. 😊

Lovely stay for 3 nights, quick check in & lovely room overlooking Big Ben, London Eye. Room was large bed very comfortable We are dinner 1 night which was lovely a lovely steak, very quick to come out & piping hot…. Breakfast wasn’t so keen on, I’d be happy for a traditional English breakfast this was a posh twist on one & being a fussy eater I wasn’t keen. Hotel is great location, we were out everyday & for most of the day/night so just slept pretty much there. Would 100% stay again, we went to The Shard after & stayed & much preferred the rooms here at The Marriott
