We came here at the end of Oct after going for afternoon tea at the Ritz for my daughters birthday. Upon arriving in the room my daughter was greeted with a Teddy and card which she loved, room was a decent size, we didn't have a view to the front but our view was still reasonable and on the 26th flr. There was a slight draft through the window and we were offered another room but we decided just to move the bed. We had dinner at the Galvin which was lovely and the veiw was amazing. Once we got home I realised I had left my bolero at the restaurant and after a few days and a very helpful lady from the restaurant who managed to track it down and send it back to me which I was over the moon about. Do not have any negative comments to make about the hotel, restaurant or staff. Will happily come back in the future.

Hotel's Favorite
I stayed at the Hilton Park Lane for the August Bank Holiday weekend. The location is great for Hyde Park, Knightsbridge, Piccadilly and Buckingham Palace. I booked an Executive Room as it included extras such as breakfast, free drinks and snacks. Although the Executive Lounge is closed at the moment, the Podium Restaurant is its temporary home. Breakfast was a mixture of self service and A La Carte, and good quality food and drinks, with a friendly and efficient service. Alcohol was served from 6-8 with a cheese plate, and soft drinks throughout the day. I was upgraded to the Park Lane Suite on my second night due to circumstances that were not the fault of the hotel. The staff were all very friendly and provided a great service to make my stay as comfortable and enjoyable as possible. I would like to thank Ricardo and Roberto for going that extra mile.

Stayed here for my 50th birthday in October: I don’t think the hotel was that busy but I was checked in quickly and efficiently, and given a complimentary glass of Prosecco. I stayed in a room on the 22nd floor, overlooking Hyde Park: probably the best view I have ever had from a hotel window, it was stunning. The actual room was fairly spacious but to be honest, apart from sleeping in there, using the bathroom and admiring the view, I wasn’t in it that long during the daytime. The staff were extremely helpful when I asked for help (I had two shirts that I wanted ironing): I tried Galvin at Windows for dinner on the first night and drinks on the second, if I’d stayed longer I would have tried the bar on the ground floor and Trader Vics but maybe on the next visit. I hope to visit again in happier times.

A fantastic location in the heart of London. The amazing Hyde park across the road and Oxford street at the top. The welcome was very special and the executive rooms on a high location. The road was a little tired but the service impeccable. From the totally unobtrusive room service, to the most amazing breakfast and service.

Excellent service from the concierge, to the entire reception team, Galvin’s, 10degrees and trader jacks! There was no need to leave the hotel!! We had an awesome stay and was made to feel extra special in celebrating my birthday during these difficult times. We plan to visit London a few more times in 2021 and would definitely stay at the Hilton Park Lane again.
