We chose this hotel because of its location to Covent Garden and Theatreland and overall the experience was excellent, the staff were very helpful, the room was clean and comfortable and we really enjoyed the breakfast.

Stayed at the Kingsway on a business trip and it was a really disappointing experience. I was allocated the wrong room first following a very indifferent level of service on checking in. A real take or leave it attitude. The food in the restaurant was poor - badly presented and overcooked. The bedroom was dated and the hotel generally needs...

Location... Central to everything you want for London. Covent Garden on the doorstep with lots of great shops, restaurants and bars nearby. Trafalgar square and the Thames are a pleasant walk away as is the British museum. Clean, modern hotel with good size rooms and helpful staff.

We booked a night away in London. The hotel is in a great position near covent garden and theatre land. We had a room on the 5th floor facing the road. The room was spacious and clean. All the staff were came across were very pleasant. We will definitely be going g back.

Fabulous hotel. Receptionist and concierge excellent. Got early check in which was so helpful. Room beautiful. Very clean and great facilities. Excellent location just sorry we were only there for one night! Hotel even let us leave our luggage there for the day so we could enjoy London before getting our train home. We will definitely stay here again. Thank...

Spent one night at the Kingsway Hall Hotel, the staff were very friendly and helpful, the room was very clean and tidy and surprisingly quiet for central London. Cannot comment of the food as we ate out, however the service we received at the bar was second to none and nothing was too much trouble, would definitely recommend this hotel

Have stayed in this hotel a few times before and as always location perfect and the staff and hotel facilities are excellent. The sizes of the standard rooms does seem to vary to would recommend when booking ask for the larger rooms.
