I booked two rooms for a trip with my sister and parents. We had a Junior suite and a double room and they were both extremely comfortable rooms. The only issue were the bathrooms. The junior suite bathroom's tub was too high to step into for a shower especially for older people. Our double room bathroom did not seem to have any ventilation so after a shower everything is wet! The staff and location are wonderful - probably the best thing about it. They are close to two tube stations and a number of busses which are a couple of minutes walk away. They had wonderfully comfortable beds which was a big plus considering how tired and cold we were. The breakfast was good, it had everything you needed. It would have been better if there was an offer of some hot eggs instead of just the cold boiled egg option. On the whole, we enjoyed our stay here and would like for them to make just a few more adjustments - otherwise its perfect!…
A great find - great location - short walk from Paddington station and Hyde Park, so coming up from The west country, it's ideal location. ALL the staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming and efficient. The room (junior suite was really spacious, clean and tasteful) The whole place smelt really fresh and clean. Also, it was amazingly quiet considering it is central London Can't wait to stay again.
Very nice view and good location special thank you so much to houskeeping oebri and susma and supervisor mahbub and srekala they are very nice and helpfull they are cleaning my room properly, very recommend hotel to visit
Such a lovely stay! Our room was spacious , well designed and has all necessary amenities for a comfortable stay. The staff were amazing and very helpful with anything you need. Location is convenient. Will be returning on our next visit to London.
Be aware that the rooms situated at the back on the first floor is really in the basement! The rooms are very small, with high-sided small windows that do not open. There is no differences between "superior double rooms" and "junior suites". We were charged an extra for "services" with no information on what that service was. Even for London, with hotels generally small and uncomfortable, this one is not value for the (good) money spend.
Extremely friendly service and equipment. We had Nespresso coffee machines in our rooms together with snacks, bottle water and tea. The shower pressure is powerful and the bathroom is in bright white marble looking smart. Highly recommended if you’re looking for an accommodation nearby Hyde park. (Fantastic location too, 1 minute walk from Bayswater circle line tube)
Highly recommend La suite west- Hyde park. Amazing location, friendly staff and the bedrooms are fab- love the marble bathroom.Breakfast was also delicious. From checking into the hotel to checking out the staff couldn’t do enough to make our stay enjoyable. Looking forward to returning on our next trip to London.
What a lovely couple nights spent at this hotel. From the check-in , the friendliness of the staff and our room was fabulous. The location is a big plus as everything is in close proximity which is very convenient. Will definitely return on my next visit and will tell everyone we know about this hotel!
This hotel was really great. Everybody was so welcoming and always friendly. The room was clean and big and very stylish and nice. The breakfast was really great. A wide variety from yoghurt and fruits to bread, hummus, cheese, vegetables or meat. The location is TOP as well. You can reach Oxford Street by bus really fast. There are 2 supermarkets within 50m and also all the restaurants or fast food you need. We will deffinatey go there again.
We stayed for one night after a theatre trip. Our room was compact but had everything we needed and all of the hotel was clean and welcoming. The bed was very comfortable and the water pressure in the shower was good. Staff were friendly, helpful and very polite. The breakfast provided a wide variety of fresh foods. We would definitely come back. The only drawback was the external redecoration works meant that the hotel was covered in scaffolding and workmen were immediately outside our window just before 9am so we didn't feel comfortable opening the blinds. We were going out reasonably early s it wasn't a big problem for us but it would've spoiled a lazy morning for others.
