I must say that both my wife and I were really impressed with this Hotel. First of all, the Club Lounges are important to us and we were extremely pleased with this property’s lounge. It is beautiful and the service was exceptional. Really kind people and so willing to assist. We thank very sincerely Esther, Nicole (I think, my eyes are not so good, so I apologize if I got your name wrong 😔) and Raphela. Jane from Dublin was also most kind and helpful. We thought the afternoon tea was great and we were able to hold a business meeting in the Club Lounge and simply pay for what our guest had. Very helpful to have the meeting there. We throughly enjoyed the Hôtel experience and had another business meeting in the lobby lounge. Both food and service was superb!!! One last point, for some reason when we arrived in the evening our driver missed the entrance to the hotel and parked just past the hotel. We had considerable luggage and immediately the porters came to us to assist and to welcome us. Wow!!! So very kind. Really a great stay. We will be back and are selecting Intercontinental hotels when we can. They haven’t disappointed us. With appreciation

Staff were both professional and friendly My IHG diamond elite status and Ambassador status was recognised and I appreciated the triple upgrade. Bed was extremely comfortable.. The Club lounge was the best I have ever seen. Breakfast cooked to order ( plus a continental buffet), a proper English tea in the afternoon (complete with warm scones and crustless sandwiches) and a splendid cocktail hour ( two hours actually) with top drawer spirits, champagne and amazing canapés —-all overlooking Hyde Park. The bar on the ground floor had live music and again, wonderful staff. I am already dreaming of our next visit.

The hotel's services are great, and its location is close to the palace, important markets, and gardens. The staff has a wonderful and sophisticated experience at the same time I advise everyone to choose this hotel … in addition to the comfort in the rooms, calmness and cleanliness

Love the hotel. Love the staff from the doorman to housekeeping. They were all smiling and making sure that I was satisfied with my staying. They even helped me by lending a stroller. The housekeeper was very kind with my request for water every day. Also, it is an excellent location.

My business partners and I made a decision to use IHG and specifically Intercontinental Parklane London as our preferred hotel for business travel. As a Platinum Elite and Ambassador I was expecting an upgrade from the Mayfair Premium room I booked to a Suite. Upon checkin late last night after 22 hours of travel I was told that the room I had booked(Mayfair Premium) had Park views and the suite would have internal views. This is extremely disappointing as it is reasonable to expect the upgraded room to have the same or better views than the one you are in(unfortunately I am still in the Mayfair Premium room with no upgrade and giving me extra points is meaningless). The usual hotel I stay in(Hyatt Churchill) I know for the price I am paying here I could have received a Regency Suite with club access which has views of the square and a balcony. I am here with my Significant Other and it is her birthday and first time to London hence wanting a special stay. Also the receptionist did not mention anything about the club floor, the times of the breakfast, afternoon tea or evening canapés, we weren't even told what floor the club is on! Not a great start to my change of hotels and very disappointing given what I thought would have been a stay in a suite with a view for my significant other. I am here for 6 nights(5 more nights) and I hope that choosing the Intercontinental Park Lane for this and my business partners is not a mistake. Beware the rules around the Ambassador programme and how they choose to define a 'upgrade'.

An amazing stay in a first class hotel coupled with professional and friendly staff. All services are of high standard and the amenities are excellent. A wonderful stay and worth repeating it location wise is suited in the heart of May fare area. The restaurants provide very good quality of food and the hotel atmosphere makes the hotel guest feel home.

Terrible service from the Managers! This hotel doesn’t acknowledge your IHG status which I am an Ambassador for their hotel! The worst 1 of all was Veneliza, that manager only caters to a certain kind of people! I was told that if I wasn’t happy to cancel my reservation, from front desk Jorge, like I had a choice, it was already paid in full! The only thing I liked about this hotel was The Theo Randall Restaurant! They were AMAZING! Some front desk personnel and some concierge. Overall, when I’m back in London, I will be definitely staying elsewhere!
