We stayed here on our recent trip to London and the hotel is as beautiful and very clean as ever! The welcome and staff were all lovely and they couldn't do enough to make sure our stay was comfortable and enjoyable. It's in a great location with fabulous views over Hyde Park and you don't have to walk far to see some of London's greatest landmarks. It's also very close to underground stations making it easy to find and allowing you to see sights that are a bit further away. Thank you for a very pleasant stay and we're already looking forward to our next trip!

Arrival was lovely, valet parking is added bonus, doormen and concierge are so welcoming and helpful. Reception was a delight, she was attentive, remembering us throughout our weekend. Found us the perfect upgrade when we asked what we could upgrade to, upgrade rates were reasonable for a central London hotel. Bar team were attentive and chatty, served drinks in a politesse professional way. Our room was a very good size for London, a nice view over Hyde Park Corner. Double glazed so wasn’t disturbed by sirens etc during the night. Room was clean and tidy, turn down service was a nice touch with tomorrow’s weather so we could plan what to wear. Rapid filling bath, high pressure shower was great. Air con worked and warmed up quickly. Two picky negatives... turndown service on second night turned the room temp down from our preferred choice so was cold after I returned from dinner and showered. Also changed bathrobes after first night, as I thought was hanging in bathroom, bit of a drip to find new ones in the wardrobe. Thought it wasn’t necessary after one night to change them. So this is me being really picky!!! However good all the service was, two people stood out, firstly the doorman taller chap on late shift Friday and early Sunday( apologise forgot name) he went off to find us a cab on a few occasions. Also Luis a breakfast waiter. Amazing service, went out of his way to go To the shops to get me lactose free milk, as I can’t have nut or oat milk! Absolutely above and beyond! What a delightful team, the GM should be very proud, especially 1 week after reopening... we really enjoyed ourselves and we will be back again this year!

Dear VictoriaCCW, Where to begin? What a fantastic review of your stay we are thrilled that you chose to join us here at InterContinental London Park Lane for the weekend, and very happy that you had such a memorable experience with so many of our team making an impression on you that you felt you needed to share. Thank you! Sunisa at Reception, Panny one of our Doorman and of course Luis in Theo Randall were suitably surprised and delighted to be mentioned when we shared your review with them, and we agree with you they are great ambassadors of our hotel who are all very much enjoying being back and doing what they love. We also appreciate the constructive feedback as well, and have passed this along to our Housekeeping team so that they can continue to adapt our services, ensuring that it is tailored to our guest needs. Once again VictoriaCCW, thank you for taking the time out of your day to share your experience, it has reassured us all that we are on the right track and we sincerely look forward to welcoming you back to Park Lane the next time you are in town. We had a fabulous room on the 5th floor upgraded to a superior room on checkin. Rooms are quite small for what you pay but the furnishings and service are great but the room was not really any better than rooms available at sister hotels In The IHG group such as indigo or Crowne plaza. We had a breakfast in our room which was nice. Covid safety measures are in place for your protection but these didn’t get in the way of having a great stay! We had to book a last minute replacement for a hotel booking with the Crowne Plaza City as IHG decided the weekend before it was due to open that actually they weren’t going to open after all instead they will stay closed until September.

Dear Luke L, Thank you for firstly joining us at InterContinental London Park Lane recently, we are delighted that we were able to come to the rescue at the last minute and more so to hear that you had a great stay with us. The team here were thrilled that you felt the service made the difference to your stay, and of course being able to relax in your room, take in the views and enjoy breakfast is always a great start to any day! In addition to our Superior rooms on the 5th floor that you enjoyed, we now also have our brand new Mayfair Collection rooms as well, which have a very different look and feel which you can find on our website, so hopefully on your next stay with us you could experience one of these as we would be interested to hear your feedback on those as well. We appreciate you taking the time to share your experience, and though only a fleeting visit, hope to see you back here again soon. Kind regards, Todd Debreceny Executive Assistant Manager

Beautiful hotel. We had a drink in the bar and the gentleman was so happy to make any drink we requested. The drinks were delicious. The room was beautiful and the breakfast was not only wonderful but the service was second to none. A lovely gentleman called Lues was fantastic, fast with his service and attentive - definitely a good start to our day to encounter such a smiley and lovely gentleman first thing in the morning.

From the moment you walk through the door you know this Hotel is special. We traveled to London for my Grand Daughters birthday. We were upgraded to a beautiful room on the third floor with great views and special gifts for her birthday. All the staff make you feel so special. Thank you so much to the bartenders, restaurant staff in the evening and the beautiful lady that served us breakfast. Will definitely return, cannot wait.
