This is long overdue but the sentiments are as important as they were back in March. My daughter and I would really like to express our sincere gratitude to the entire lounge staff for taking outstanding care of us during our stay at IC Park Lane right before the Covid-19 global shutdown. We were in London for her annual birthday trip when we realized that things were changing rapidly with stores and restaurants closing and our Virgin flight out of Heathrow was cancelled. Because of your thoughtful and calming staff, we felt safe, comfortable and confident that we were in good hands. They catered to our every need and concern. Other than home, there is no place we would have felt as comfortable during this crisis. Many thanks to Club Lounge staff: Maria, Christina, Ava Carina, Luis, Majid, Tanya, Sonia, Kevin, Ilda, Agustina, Sophia, Zsofia, Aneta, Concierge Peter and the entire staff at IC Park Lane for taking excellent care of us. We look forward to returning as soon as you begin accepting guests. All the best, Stay Well, Stay Safe,

The hotel location is very convenient. It’s close to places like Hyde Park, green park and st James park as well as Buckingham Palace Very clean and tidy room, though a bit small! Breakfast has many classic varieties, which is good. Service is up to the intercontinental standards

Dear callmemisterfeng, Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback with us following your recent visit to InterContinental London Park Lane. We are glad and of course agree that you found our location to be ideal for any adventures around the city, spoilt for choice by the trappings of the shopping and restaurants of Mayfair, a trip down the road to Buckingham Palace or even for a leisurely stroll across the road in Hyde Park. All the facilities and services we provide have been carefully considered with our guests in mind and we are delighted you totally enjoyed your visit to the hotel, it brings the team great pride to hear this and that you are telling others about it as well! Our breakfast in Theo Randall restaurant is truly delicious and it is good to see the vast selection provided was to your liking, as we continue to evolve our offering based on the feedback we receive. Thank you once again for your lovely comments and we hope to welcome you back to the hotel in the near future. Kind regards, Todd Debreceny Hotel Manager

We have stayed here on a few occasions and have never been disappointed. Equally so this time around - with a "but". Our receptionist told us we had been upgraded but the anticipation of what that might mean was dissipated on arrival at the room - we couldn't work out what the upgrade involved unless it was the view. The Classis style room was more old style and populated with dark units, grey net blinds and everything needs refreshing/modernising. Whilst everything worked just fine, there was a sense that if this was the upgrade, what was the original room like? The bathroom was similar - who has shower curtains these days - so the wow factor was sadly missing. Functional - yes, not least one of the best beds we have slept in for ages. Breakfast was included in the deal and the varied menu allowed lots of choice. Staff at the hotel have been well trained and are some of the best round, working with smiles of their faces. We like the hotel mainly for its location and its good standards remain but others have caught up and the Intercontinental needs to do more to retain our custom.

We stayed here on a trip to London. There was a small snafu with our reservation where they thought we were checking out early, but it just took a few minutes to get that resolved. The service at the front desk was great and the rooms were very comfortable, if not overly large. Great location. The high tea is amazing. If you're staying here, you have to have tea at least once. Well worth it.

I’ve posted a few reports about the Park Lane Intercontinental. Recurring themes have been IHG brand values, great location, 2 great restaurants on site and a general wow factor. On my last visit all this still applied. But this time we treated ourselves to Club Lounge access (Ambassador members get a discount on the daily supplement if it’s not included in ur room category). It takes a stay at the Intercontinental to a whole new level. We were fortunate enough to enjoy all the key facilities - afternoon tea, pre dinner drinks with canapés, after dinner coffee and breakfast. All excellent and served impeccably by charming staff. Icing on the cake is the stunning view over Hyde Park Corner - imo the best view of any such lounge in London. So all in all another wonderful stay - look forward to our next one soon.
