Mayfair
Set beside some of London's best parks and home to world-class galleries, luxurious hotels, and famed thoroughfares, the ultra upscale Mayfair is one of London's most exclusive haunts. Here the shopping is haute, the dining is exquisite, and the nightlife is vibrant. A casual stroll through the area’s chic streets will reveal that Michelin stars and chauffeured cars are practically the norm here. Even if you're on a tight budget, this exceptionally well connected swath of Central London is worth exploring, if only for the chance to take a peak at the goings on of upper crust English society.

This hotel is a little gem. I have stayed here already twice and I am amazed both with the service and the value you get. The rooms are nice and new. They have an actual shower and not a tub! The food is great both in the bar and for breakfast. The staff is very attentive and

This was my first time here and other 5* girls I've used have been old and historic. I was worried that being a modern building it would lack character. How wrong I was. It was lovely and had a nice feel about it. The staff I encountered were all very present and helpful

Stayed here for a weekend break in London, good location for the places we wanted to visit and in a nice part of town. The hotel itself was nice, the staff were all friendly and attentive throughout our stay. The hotel seems very plush but lacking the in character. Turndown

Dear Cucklebum, We appreciate you taking the time to share your feedback with us following your recent stay. I am happy to hear that you enjoyed the location and found the staff friendly and attentive. However I am sorry to hear that you found the service from Housekeeping and Room service slow and the hotel lacking in character. I can assure you that the slow service is not indicative of our usually high levels of service, care and attention to detail. Thank you once again for your feedback, Kind Regads Cariad Kenan Quality Manager

You can catch the tube (the under ground) straight from the airport. A taxi would be very expensive. You could also call the hotel to ask if a driver could be arranged and the cost. Most cost effective and time saver is the tube. Hyde park corner is a 30second walk to the hotel. Green park station is about a 10minute walk

Hi, I always find it a good idea to do a hop-on, hop-off bus in a new city. This gives me a guide to where things are, what I would like to go back to explore further and the distances between locations. If you are only in the city, it is easy walking around London. The public bus and train systems are good and easy to use too on a limited budget. The only thing with the trains you don't see much because you are travelling underground around the city so I don't use them in the city only for outside the area. I would be inclined to google the best of London and check out a map for location proximities. Hope this helps.

Hi, What was the cost for the supplement to have have club floor access
It’s depend on the room you booked usually it’s included with all executive rooms. But if you want to pay later only for the lounge , I think it won’t be more than 150 pound. I’m not sure if you are a gold member might you have access to the club. Sorry I don’t have firm answers
