I stayed here for one night, a last minute booking due to being let down by another hotel. I am so glad I did. A wonderful warm welcome from the staff. My room was on a higher floor as I had requested. Room was spotlessly clean, the hotel could not have done more to meet hygiene standards. Quiet room, all facilities thoughtfully provided. Breakfast was not included unfortunately & cost £10. However, it was an excellent breakfast. Location fantastic. Staff exceptional. Would definitely stay again.

Hotel's Favorite
We had a fantastic deal with a club room for 2 nights for approx. £200. We normally would pay around £160 per night during ‘normal’ (non-COVID times). The hotel was clean and the staff were fantastic. The bed was HUGE, good size fridge in the room, toiletries supplied and very clean. The club lounge was closed but complementary drinks were served in Ken’s bar on an evening for 2 hours to my partners delight the bottled beer option was Peroni or Corona bottles - excellent choices. I had the house white wine which was nice too. The club room also included continental breakfast in the restaurant or the option to upgrade to a full breakfast for only £5 which we did not expect. All in all, excellent service and exceptional value for money in the centre of London.

Cannot fault the service, however the quantity of sandwiches and cakes for the tea was poor. Four little sandwich fingers each, and four bite size cakes. Followed by two small scones each, only one choice of tea. Having had afternoon tea at the ritz and claridges this hotel should seek inspiration from them both.

Booked a night in the Crowne plaza in March for the end of May. Have just found out not from them I might add that this hotel has changed hands it is temporarily shut till June. Not only did they not tell me they are closed they even sent me a email reminding me of my up and coming reservation. How can a hotel chain be this incompetent, I would have turned up for a night away to find the place shut. All I am waiting for now is for these idiots to take money for my account for it, nothing would surprise me and don't get me started about there customers service if you can ever work out to get through to them. Disgusting from this Hotel chain...
