Very nice hotel, we had a room and an adjoining one for our son. Very clean and staff were lovely. Parking below which is a bonus. We normally stay at a hotel closer to Gloucester Road Tube which is ideally where we need to be but this was ok as that was booked up. Will use the hotel again I am sure.

Hotel's Favorite
I had stayed in the hotel a couple of years ago and I wrote a review then. I like this hotel because it ticks all the boxes. Good sized rooms (but see my tip below). It is quite a busy hotel so probably not the thing for someone who needs a quiet hotel. Breakfast buffet: wide array of great choices, from pastries (croissants, etc) to full English breakfast, to Asian options. All very tasty. They also have small bags at the pastry table in case you want to take a roll up to your room. Steam room, sauna and gym in the lower ground: excellent. The shower that is in the sauna and steam room area has no curtain. Be careful as there is also a security camera there. I think it is amiss of the hotel not to place a sign there letting guests know about the surveillance camera especially since the shower has no curtain and anyone using the shower there will be observed. Thankfully, there is another shower in the changing room, which has a door, and there is no camera there. The changing room is for both sexes (i.e. no separate changing room for men and women). Hotel is in a great location and walking distance to a large shopping centre.

Room Tip: Their deluxe rooms are not all the same. There is a wing with tiny rooms. Be careful not to end...

I stayed in the Hilton hotel in Shepherd’s bush last Friday ( 4 rooms) and Saturday night. I found the experience horrible. I then went to the bar to order food which took an age and it was cold when I got it. I returned it. On leaving on Sunday morning (Before 11) I was presented with and invoice for the full amount which I was billed for £602. It was broken down into 5 elements. Which was fine. The next day I checked my account and my account had been debited again for 5 amounts that make up the total. I rang the Hilton and was put on hold. Half and our later I was told there was no front of house staff to deal with it. They said they would call back. They did not. I got a cab yo the Hilton, where I was told, yes they could see I had been debited again this morning. But they could do nothing unless I showed them a copy of my bank statement. I then got a cab home to get my statement and then returned again in the cab. Front of house staff said the money would be back in my account by Thursday morning. It is not in my account. They said call back tomorrow. I asked them about my bank details were secure as I was concerned it could happen again. I asked why they though it was ok to deprive me of my money in my account. . I have now cancelled my bank card as I don’t want the Hilton staff taken any more of my money. Stay away they are unprofessional and I would suggest anybody staying there recently scrutinise their bank account

Michael C, Thank you for taking the time to write a review of your stay with us, and for sharing your frustrations with us. We do appreciate it takes time for pending authorisations to release back to your account which has caused concern, however as mentioned by Ann-Kathrin and James this is a standard for Hilton Hotels, and we can assure you none of our team have taken your money. We hope at the time of writing this response that you may have seen the authorisations on your account released. Please do contact the hotel if we can be of any further assistance. Kind Regards Team Kensington.

This Hilton is in a good location just off A40 and next to Westfield shopping mall which also has central line underground. Its an older style building that's more like a concrete office block but it's fine inside . Good friendly reception and bar staff. Car park is upto £35 per day so be sure you want to use it. Breakfast is served depending on your choices. Dinner has a limited menu so possibly consider going over yo the shopping mall where there are plenty on other choices. The bedroom was fine and clean with all you want . Quiter rooms on the rear.
