Everything about this lovely place is perfect. We stayed during a very quiet time, just before Lockdown 2. The staff were all cheerful and upbeat, even though devastated at having to close again. We could not have felt safer, and the hotel is spotless and doing a great job with all the new regs. On arrival we were shown several rooms, on different floors. All gorgeous with unique layouts and decor. We stayed in a fabulous ground floor suite, with a grand 4 -poster bed and sumptuous velvet curtains - like being in a very stylish castle! The hotel has an air of calm and sophistication and all of the staff are charming and super helpful. Downstairs is Hans Bar and Grill, which in contrast is buzzy and lively. Fabulous cocktails and a lovely outside terrace on the pedestrianised and picturesque Pavilion Road. I can't believe I am going to eulogise about breakfast, but I must. We travel a lot, to many hotels and honestly 11 Cadogan was the best breakfast ever. Everything presented and cooked to perfection, even the coffee was outstanding! We can't wait to return to what is now the only place we would stay in London. Many thanks to all, particularly Sarah.

A birthday overnight stay for my wife and I went perfectly. So well situated, and quiet for a London hotel. The reception and housekeeping staff did everything they could to make us feel welcome and they seem a cut above the quality to be found in some other hotels in the area. This was our second visit and we will doubtless come again.

Wonderful place, staff are fantastic and the way they handled the whole Covid thing was discreet but effective. Plenty of sanitisers everywhere. They were really thinking of us, the customers. All the staff were awesome. Real homely feel. Don’t stay anywhere else.

Our first stay at 11 Cadogan Gardens. Lovely quiet room with an extremely comfortable bed in a great location. The staff are really good. Friendly, courteous and very efficient. We had a delicious meal in the restaurant, the handling of Covid-19 regulations was exemplary - taken seriously without detracting from the experience.
