We stayed at the hotel for only two nights but would thoroughly recommend it. Reception staff were pleasant, welcoming and very helpful. Room was very comfortable, clean and quiet. Breakfast was excellent. We particularly enjoyed having breakfast outside in the sunshine in the pedestrianised area outside Hans' Bar & Grill.

My wife and I took a weekend stay at this hotel ( first time)! Completely bowled over with level of service from the team , front of house especially welcoming , all friendly and professional from the front to housekeeping . Andrea on front desk was outstanding , breakfast in Hans best ever scrambled eggs. Location perfect for wandering between the Kings Road and Knightsbridge , truly a hidden gem that we will definitely return to for our next visit , our thanks to the whole team for making it a great time !

This was a great stay! The location was fantastic with the hotels bar and outdoor seating area overlooking a lovely street. Staff were very friendly and always keen to help in any way they can (even at 5 am when I had to checkout). The room was large and very comfortable with a great bathroom. Looking forward to visiting again. Highly recommend.

We chose to stay at the 11 Cadogan Gardens hotel for its proximity to Sloane Square, the museums in South Ken, the quiet quaintness of Pavilion Road, and the shops and restaurants on Kings Road. It really was a perfect stay, the location is ideal, it’s the perfect leafy green part of chelsea just moments away from buzz of town, the rooms are all quiet, well proportioned and spotless, the room service was always prompt, and everyone who works there from front of house to the concierge and housekeeping go above and beyond to help and make your stay extra special. We can’t wait to stay again and our stay impressed us so much we will plan our next break to be in one of Relais Chateau’s other properties.

I had the opportunity to stay at 11 CG a couple of weeks ago for the first time since they reopened after the lengthy lockdown. It was bliss being there again, if only for a few nights. The concierge staff is back in full swing - Richie, Chris and Andrea - and they are as kind and attentive and charming, as ever. I can't wait to return!
