Nice property, close to underground and park. Tiny lift, one person and luggage. Not a strong wifi, except in reception. Coffee and tea in reception 24 hours. Helpful staff. Very few restaurants close by.

I selected this hotel as its location was within the vicinity of where I was spending most of my time in London. It was okay for the first day or two as checkin went smoothly and their breakfast room staff were friendly but then my lights stopped working. After reporting that my lights failed to work I was promised a...

My wove and I chose this hotel after looking at a large number and on the surface it looked very promising.. Our room was on the third floor and not only couldn't we swing a cat but we couldn't et a vat into the room. The bed was tight between the wall of the bathroom and a small wardrobe. To...

The hotel was hot with no air conditioning or fan available. The staff were very noisy when preparing breakfast- it was like we were in the kitchens with them. Night porter unhelpful when we returned from a concert. changed rooms for second night but noise was no better and heat was worse. Not worth the money

A truly awful hotel, the rooms were terrible with threadbare carpet and the whole place just felt tatty and worn. The photos look nothing like the hotel I stayed at and they are very misleading. Overall this is one of the worst hotels I have stayed at.

The photos online are not like the room photos online- or at least ours wasn't! The location is great for local restaurants and little markets, and train transportation. Our first concern was when taking the lift to our room, it lurched and you could hear the cables struggling to make the lift. When I mentioned it to the front desk,...

6th floor ~ Room 603 ~ Double room Reception area and check in Clean and well presented. Quick check-in with no issues. Lift This is the single tiniest lift I have ever encountered in my wordly travels. I have no issue with confined spaces .. until I used this lift. I have added a photo however I think it looks...
