Stayed here with as a couple and found the staff and room were beyond our dreams. Example - we checked in, staff asked if there was anything we would like, David said he'd like a cup of tea and the gentleman on staff responded, "Brilliant!"...More

Stayed here on the way back to the U.S. Hotel was very nice and situated perfectly just seemed to be a bit small. Then again we had all of our luggage and were ready for home so it may have just been a bit cramped...More

Hi Jen - I think it is fine, but would be advisable to email the hotel direct to see what access is available. it is a very old hotel, and a 'listed building' so sometimes they are restricted by being able to change things... More
