First visit, one night for husband and I, bought as groupon deal. We were very pleased with the room, have never experienced a bath in the bedroom before. It was v clean and comfortable with complimentary wine and chocolates. The continental breakfast was good and the staff were welcoming. We were surprised at how quiet the hotel was, given the... I bought a one night stay here for my daughter and her partner for their anniversary via Groupon. She provided me with the following feedback: On arrival the receptionist was on her phone, watching a video with headphones in, and barely looked up until she was told that they had a reservation. They were told that they had the option... More

Four of us (two Couples) shared a suite here and I can't say enough about the place , Small maybe but very clean , central to almost every thing including the Jubilee Line (Tube access to Heathrow and what ever ) the Restaurant was very good but the staff were unbelievable. Couldn't ask for any thing more. Well done!! The... More

Booked this on a groupon deal including breakfast which made this very good value. This is one of the quietest hotel rooms I've ever slept in and it's a minute from Leicester Square. Even in quiet places I've been woken by plumbing or movement in the next room but this was silent. Fantastic to be able to walk to and... More

We stayed here for 2 nights and it was perfect for a mini break. Very central right on leicester square/china town and near tube station. Staff were very helpful and rooms very clean. Continental breakfast was very substantial.

My wife booked through Groupon and had to upgrade as there were no rooms available on the offer advertised. Funny that, considering we only encountered two other couples and we were the only couple having an 8.15 breakfast. That aside. The location was perfect for what we wanted. Stayed on Saturday night to go to the theatre in the Strand.... More

This hotel is slap bang in the middle of everything. Right on Leicester Square and a short walk from Piccadilly, Trafalgar Square, Covent Garden. So perfect for site seeing. Outside the hotel is buzzing and it buzzes 24 hours a day. So if your looking for peace, tranquility and rest, this isn't the place. The streets are very noisy and... More

Booked this via a groupon voucher and paid for superior room. There is nothing good I can say about anything the room was so bad we didn't even unpack. Basically a bed and a tv and our supposed superior room was equipped for disabled so bathroom was a wet room with a ratty curtain round a shower head which had... More

We booked this hotel through Groupon for a one night stay for a weekend in London. On booking the hotel emailed to say the deal was only on the standard rooms and there were none available so we would have to upgrade to a 'superior' room which for an additional £40 included breakfast so fair enough, we thought. On arrival,... More

As everyone has pointed out, this hotel’s selling point is its superb location, close to absolutely everything in Central London but tucked away enough in Lisle Street to give a degree of quiet. Rooms were nicely appointed and had a certain boutique feel about them. Very nice toiletries, room safe, good bath and shower and good quality furniture. The room... More

Staying in Soho

Neighborhood Profile
Soho
The go-to district for a good time in London, Soho hosts a wealth of world-class theatres and a compelling lineup of cafes, restaurants, pubs, bars, and clubs. At Soho's core is London's original Red Light District and the epicenter of the LGBT scene – and thus the city's hottest nightlife. For shopping enthusiasts, Soho is not only the home of London's greatest concentration of boutique shops, but also the most strategic place to set off on a tour of the world's most celebrated department stores. In the southern part of the neighborhood lies Chinatown, with its multitude of delicious and affordable restaurants. Closer to the Thames, Chinatown's narrow and teeming lantern-lit lanes spill onto the expansive hub of glitzy Leicester Square.
