Described as budget, it isn't even that cheap. Location near Paddington is great but that is the only plus we could give this horrible place. Apart from the fact that they seemed to be more interested in renting by the hour than by the night, the management were less than helpful. Our room was so small we couldn't actually both...

I have some mobility problems and so, although I booked a single room, I was accommodated on the first floor to help in case of fire and I may have been upgraded to a larger bed as a result. There is a small but modern efficient lift and where possible refurbishment has taken place with a walk-in shower provided. The...

We stayed here as needed a room last minute for a theatre trip. Was nice enough. Clean with small, basic bedrooms. Good quality, powerful shower and comfy (firm) bed. Windows aren't double glazed so you can hear the street noise. Bathroom door was a sheet of glass that didn't quite fit so there wasn't much privacy. The lift is TINY....

I recently stayed here with my sister and her friend in a triple room. I was really nervous to stay here after reading the reviews, but I was really pleasantly surprised! The room was quiet, clean and the staff were very friendly. It wasn't too hot or cold and the wifi was fast. There was a fan in the room...

Difficult for me to understand the good comments I read, here is my experience at the Prince William Hotel : When we accessed our room in the evening, we noticed that the remote control was missing, and it was frizzing cold in the bedroom (no double-glazzing). We came back to the reception and asked for a remote control and a...

I stayed here with my daughter in Feburary 2017.We checked in early and our room was ready. We had double bed and clean sheets with plenty of teas coffees etc. What more...

We didn't expect a 5-star hotel. This hotel was perfect for what we required, which was to be clean, comfortable and have a good free supply of refreshments in the room (tea, coffee, milk etc.). It was in a great location for access to the Paddington underground station. Staff very polite and welcoming. Could not really fault the place really....

The receptionist when we arrived was so unfriendly and unpleasant that he must have trained in the Soviet Union. The basement room was tiny and underneath reception so a lot of thundering came the ceiling of the room. The corridor smelled and throughout our stay there were large bags of laundry everywhere, night and day. The bed, however, was comfortable...

The hotel's biggest lack is their front desk staff, with rare exceptions. When we arrived, they charged us more than what we've booked it for. They didn't have any knowledge about the London attractions. The room was decent, not very spacy of course, but clean. Although there was a disturbing smell in the bathroom and the TV wasn't working properly....
