We visited for a few days Chelsea harbour hotel in August. It is a perfect location on the harbour and close to the Kings Road. The suite was spacious and clean. Varied breakfast, a special thanks  to Vera and her staff for making our stay memorable .we surely will come back .

Had a great time at The Chelsea Harbour Hotel. We stayed in the Kings Penthouse Suite. The room was lovely, large with a big balcony and some great views of the city. The staff we encountered at reception, in the restaurant and throughout our stay were all fantastic and helpful. A special mention to James who we first met in the bar during an evening drink and then in the morning at breakfast. He was extremely helpful and certainly a staff member you want to keep as he would easily fit in at any luxury hotel around the world. Will certainly return to this hotel next time I am staying in London.

We had such an incredible stay at the Chelsea Harbour hotel thanks to the care and unbelievable service provided by the hotel’s staff, more precisely Tarek. We felt instantly welcomed, he was so sweet and took great care to ensure that our stay was of the highest quality—despite some logical requirements we presented him. He was very patient with us and always troubleshooting to see how he could best help us. We were impressed by his customer care, such a charming gent!! A great stay in an amazing location — just a short walk to the Tube and other sites. This won’t be our last visit in this hotel!

We arrived for breakfast at 10:20am to be met with a breakfast service that was nothing short of a shambles. Nearly every table was full of dirty crockery the limited staff available had very sullen faces. No juice No water No milk No pastries Hardly any hot food No coffee or tea The manager seemed completely out of her depth with no direction given to staff. Walk-in orders were still being accepted despite the operation clearly under immense pressure. When I asked for a refund the lady shrugged her shoulders and said she wasn't able to do it. Shambles

Me and my husband travelled from the States and decided to stay at the harbour hotel since it had a spa which would be relaxing and indeed it was! Clanda who was at the front desk, checked us in and she was amazing in greeting!!! Even after a long flight she knew how to ease us in. Being at the hotel for the first time, clanda provided us with all answers without even having the need to ask a question and it felt like we were a regular there!!! Overall everything at the hotel was great and I will be returning for our next trip!!!!! :)

Had my first stay @ the CHELSEA Harbour hotel and it exceeded expectations on all my needs. Location is perfect with good access to central London. Room was amazing and gave us space for my extended stay. The staff, in particular Tarek, was exceptional! When so many have left the service industry, his customer focus was truly stunning; Remembers your name, very helpful, courteous, interested in you but not over the top, it was exemplary! That’s why we will be coming back. Made us feel so at home! Super duper recommended!!

Struggling to find anything to complain about, it was that great!! I always think, people who make you feel welcome is the best part of staying in a hotel. Upon arrival my wife and I were greeted very warmly by Tarek whose guest focus was to prove an asset during our stay. He went the extra yard to ensure our every need was met. He was super warm and sweet, and made the experience of staying here feel very comfortable, 5 star service! Our room vas very spacious and well appointed , with comfy beds and a wonderful view over the marina. The brasserie bar had excellent food and service. We are coming back!

On arrival we were told that the Sauna was out of action that just left the steam room. I wouldn't describe the venue as a spa. The toilet facilities were dirty with urine stains on the toilet and overflowing female hygiene bins (this was at 10.30am). The ONLY swimming pool was used for children's lessons from 3pm in the afternoon. Our Afternoon tea consisted of 4 finger sandwiches, 2 plain scones and 5 petit fours (this was to SHARE between 2 of us). The treatment was very nice and the therapist was excellent. Overall extremely overpriced for what we paid.

Very lovely and family friendly hotel! Tarek on front desk was a star!! He was such a sweetheart , very friendly and helpful. Our daughters had a blast right as we arrived and were welcomed by him who kept them entertained with jokes and games while doing the check-in… you could really tell he is a people person and loves his job; extremely present and helpful throughout our stay, he went out of his way to make sure we were all happy and didn’t require anything, it truly made us feel home away from home . The Chelsea Harbour should be rewarding employees like him!! We are so grateful Tarek!! ♥️♥️ Our stay was a very positive experience and such hospitality definitely convinces you to return! Highly recommend!!
