Hotel sits in a square so very quiet and great location near to Paddington Station and Paddington Tube, about 3 min.walk. Ideal. Room was good. The only thing: we were on the 4th floor; a lot of stairs. so ask for a lower floor. Room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast simple but good. A place to come back to.

The Belvedere is very much a budget hotel but unlike some others in the same location that provide continental breakfast, it provides a full English in the price. A* Common areas are a little tired looking though it has a homely feel. Rooms have had some updates but what reduced its profile to C- was the bed linen. Even though...

My family and I stayed here for about 5 days, and it was a tight squeeze with suitcases for a 3-week Europe trip. It was clean and the food was decent. At times, the individual at the reception desk wasn't around to let us in (the door locked). But when he was there, he was always kind and gave helpful...

Stayed here for 3 nights last month (Dec 16) @ £45 per night for single en-suite. Typical small room bedroom but looked as though renovated not too long ago.. Bed comfortable but pillow a bit lumpy. Tea/coffee/milk/sugar sachets replaced daily and cup washed. TV worked ok except that I like to catch up with the day's news via news channels...

This is a good hotel located near the train station in Paddington. It's only a 5 minute walk to the station, a little further to the underground. Although it is basic, and the single rooms small, it offers everything you need. I found the bed comfortable, and the rooms on the upper floors quiet (although you do get a shudder...

Very convenient for winter wonderland in Hyde park, just a few minutes walk away. Simple check in and rooms were ready early, which was a bonus. We booked two rooms, triple (room 8), very spacious and clean. Double (room 10) quite small but clean and comfortable enough for one night A good start to the day was provided with English...

The location of this hotel is excellent; round the corner from Paddington station. The good points first: extremely helpful staff, good freshly cooked English breakfast with toast, cereals, lots of juice, tea and coffee. A special thank you to the lovely waitress that served us and kept us topped up with tea and coffee. She is a gem! Reception staff...

The location is fantastic and we couldn't pass up the deal we received, but this is one of our least favorite B&Bs in London -- primarily due to the noise. The walls must be very thin because we could hear people outside the room and we were woken up numerous times by conversations in the hallway. The hotel also sits...

We stayed here on 03/12/16 and it was a perfect location having just arrived at Paddington. Our family room was clean although a little dated. The bathroom was quite modern though. The room was on the lower ground and we could hear what we assumed was the underground well into the night. Our breakfast was ok, the breakfast room was...

Booked this hotel at the last minute at a great price. The hotel is on a side street located right by the Paddington Station. You can get from Heathrow and to anywhere in London from this station. Since it is located in a neighborhood setting, there is lots of a variety restaurants and small shops within steps of the hotel...
