We stayed here on 03/12/16 and it was a perfect location having just arrived at Paddington. Our family room was clean although a little dated. The bathroom was quite modern though. The room was on the lower ground and we could hear what we assumed was the underground well into the night. Our breakfast was ok, the breakfast room was... More

Booked this hotel at the last minute at a great price. The hotel is on a side street located right by the Paddington Station. You can get from Heathrow and to anywhere in London from this station. Since it is located in a neighborhood setting, there is lots of a variety restaurants and small shops within steps of the hotel... More

Location was really good. And hotel was clean. Receptionist helpful and friendly. Had room on the fourth floor with no elevator and my suitcase was pretty heavy. Good workout. Just one thing was the mattress wasn´t really comfortable.

Lovely restaurant, staff are friendly and efficient. Food is exceptional, especially the deserts!! Comfortable laid back place. Enough room to wander between tables if you need to. Clean and tidy. Highly recommended.

Shower didn't drain, but they couldn't care less. Breakfast - please avaoid the rush and go after 9am, when they finish at 9. The initial check in was great, I was hoping that the overall experiance would be something that I could repeat on future trips to London, bud sadly it went down hill from there.

We've been staying at The Belvedere six times already! It's clean, good breakfast, nice staff, and close to Paddington tube and train station. The only downside we ever found was when we had a room on the top floor..there's no elevator and the stairs are pretty narrow up there. It was the second time we stayed there and after that... More

I booked this before I read reviews on Trip Advisor and spotted there was no lift. I have slight mobility problems. On arrival the owner was so nice. He said I had a choice of down 18 steps to a single room in the basement which by the way was close to the restaurant or on the 3rd floor, 70... More

A late evening arrival at Paddington Station meant that I needed some overnight accommodation before an onward journey the next day. The Belvedere proved easy to book online and they were willing to wait for my late arrival (midnight). Close proximity to the station is a big selling point! The room on the second floor had eveything I needed but... More

This hotel is located five minutes from Paddington Station. We rented a four bed room and it was alright for us. The breakfast is in the basement and you can choose between English breakfast and continental. The rooms are clean and and well kept. I can recommend this hotel for its location, price and good service.

This is a budget hotel and so my expectations were not at all high when I made the booking. The room was on the 4th floor so I got a fair bit of exercise going up and down the narrow flights of stairs. Thank goodness I had a small suitcase. The room itself was a bit on the small side... More
