Went in around midday and was told I couldn't yet check in but I could leave my bag in the main reception area, I did this and left. I returned around 11pm and there was a different gentleman on reception who appeared to have no idea of my reservation (its at this point I genuinely wish I decided to leave).... More

The hotel is expensive and the room had a bad conservation status. There is no AC in the room and no free wifi. The bathroom is poorly conserved and not very clean. It was hard to take a shower without hitting your head in the ceiling! The good thing are the location (close to many bars, restaurants and nightlife) and... More

Room 2 described as ground floor was actually in the basement - Awful bathroom - so gross I couldn't use it. Lift was v rickety. I could never recommend this hotel in a million years - and will never stay here again

This hotel is classed as budget and that's what you get. No frills. Nothing fancy. But the room I had was spotless, if dated; small but not at all cramped; the bathroom could not have been more basic but the towels were fresh and adequate and the water was hot and just about powerful enough. The gents at the front... More

Arrived at the hotel and apart from the smell of curry it appeared ok. Was given room 3 and it went downhill from there. The room was supposed to be a double but it was tiny. I am a larger lady and I could barely get through the door to the toilet. The bed was a joke and moved so... More

I used to stop here regularly while on business in London as it's cheap and in a good location. However, I'm not sure I'll be stopping again. As many of the other reviewers have said the rooms aren't that clean, and I've noticed the standard deteriorate over the period of a year. The cheapest rooms (accurately described as cabin rooms)... Never again. Dirty place, unbelievable how such a place can still be open !!! No one will use the bathroom, room is very very small. Better to search for another place. See my pictures taken in April 2016. Small room, dirty bathroom.

This is the most disgusting place i have ever stayed, anywhere in the world, ever! The greeting was 'sultry', with no interest shown whatever and reading from a script. His English (or his interpretation of it was so poor, I asked him to repeat every sentence! The entrance door could be from 'San Quentin' and the carpets throughout are so... More
