Only good point is the relatively close location to Paddington Station. I was given a room in the basement right next to the kitchen. Tiny room and bathroom. Old furniture. Very noisy, both from the road and the kitchen. The room was cold in the morning as the heating is off. Not even the kettle worked. Staff friendly but unhelpful....

I recently stayed at this hotel with my husband. The hotel is easy to find and not far from the Paddington Station. The service staff is nice and helpful. When needing transportation to the local airport the staff was very helpful and gave us a few options for the cheapest way to get to the airport. Downside was the lift only...

We got a refurbished and clean double room which was a little bit small but still ok. The bathroom is really small (like 2 square meters). The hotel is in a good area at about 5 mins walk of the Paddington underground station. There are plenty of restaurants around and there is also the Hyde Park at about 10 mins...

I got the newly refurbished room which was very nice. Double bed room is very small, not enough space for two person. In spite I was on the 3rd floor and the restaurant is in the basement, the smell of the toasts and scrambled eggs could be felt. Also the floor is very noisy as only the wood floor is...

Stopped whilst briefly working on a commission in London. Ideally situated for Paddington station. My room was recently refurbished and clean. One downside are the windows and you can hear everything outside. So loud it drowned out my neighbors having a good headboard banging session almost. The breakfast is ok apart from the awful sausages. Really friendly staff. Liked the...

Firstly I must say that the staff were excellent and the hotel was very clean. Unfortunately everything else was a minus. Very small rooms. We changed after two nights as the walls were very thin and between that and banging doors, we were awake early. The picture went off on our TV after an hour. We had sound but no...

The hotel is located about 10 min walking distance away from Paddington Station. When going to the airport, I just lugged my luggage to Paddington Station to take Heathrow Express. Very easy to walk along the way, no stair case, with ramps. I was being transferred to another hotel nearby on my first night as the hotel had oversold the...

My daughter and I stayed two nights after a long haul flight from Down Under. We arrived early in the morning and reception kindly looked after our bags until we were able to check in, in the early afternoon. We had a lovely room, with a single and a large double bed. Very comfortable and clean. Plenty of fresh towels...

We stayed here for 3 nights, room very dated, although bedding very clean, fresh towels every day.. Room on ground floor, at front of hotel, can be noisy as traffic goes by.. Breakfast was awful, the scrambled egg was watery and tasteless.. Not much choice at all.. We ended up just having toast and yogurt, plenty tea and coffee offered.....

Really Wishing I'd checked TripAdvisor before booking this hotel, I booked through a theatre package website and really wished I'd gone for the much cheaper Travelodge option, I was treating my wife to a nice weekend away for her birthday and thought that this place might be nicer given that it was more expensive!! Good points were location and friendliness...
