The hotel's elevator isnt working so you need to carry your own luggage the staffs wont even help you. The triple room wont have any aircon they will just give you a small desk fan so goodluck to the 3 pax staying inside.

Upon checking in it appeared that our credit card had been renewed since booking and paying for our accommodation - therefore we did not have the same credit card.

You will need to go to Victoria station and transfer to the tube. There is one train called GX that is £20 and one that takes a little longer on the National Rail line but it’s only £8. There are a lot of tube stations closed at the moment so check which one is open close to the hotel. Lancaster gate might be the closet one open at the moment.
